Heylo!

My name is ..my.chem.. and I am to fat so I'm going to lose weight, kay?

My last attempt at a diet was last summer, middle of swimsuit season. I went on Atkins and I kept it up for a grand total of 6 days (thats my longest diet ever, you see)! But my freind always comes from Texas to visit during the summer and she came during the middle of the 7th day. Well, she had pizza and I simply couldn't refuse.

Now, I'ma give it another go!!!

Start: 178.5
Goal: ~140 (depending on if I look too skinny or too fat at that point)
Mini Goal: To beat my longest diet spree ever!
Days since diet started: 1
Days in a row no cheating: 1

The Diet
Atkins.

It really sucks because almost every single food that I love is Carb-based!

Treat to be given of Friday night if I have done good that week-
This week for my treat of Friday I am going to wait till Saturday because I just started! Anyway, I'll have a sweet patato at work on Sat as my treat.

If something is in red, that means I cheated the atkins to eat it. Let's hope you don't have to put this fact to use to much!

Today's Intake:

    Bacon/ Egg/ Cheese- It was a breakfast biscuit my school served for breakfast. I took off the Buns and picked at the middle. It tasted yucky so I didn't eat it all
    Chicken Nuggets- I had quite a few of these at lunch. Also some sauce for them which is kinda against my diet but it was so small I am not going to count it
    Water- 3/4 bottle & stopped at a few water fountains
    Barbque- Just some BBQ I ate
    Fried Eggs- 2 of them
    Boston Baked Beans- Nooo! I cheated!!!
    Triscuit- I cheated again.
