Kekkai Genkai:Draringan - This is the Kinomiya's doujutsu kekkai genkai that they use rather often inside of a battle. The user eyes changes. The red parts of the eyes represents fire styles and yellow parts represents lightning styles. These features are all apart of the different options that Tatsu can use with the Draringan. The fire feature allows him to mimic the target's ninjutsu and changes it to a fire style version. While the lightning feature allows him to boost his speed by ONLY ten percent.
Bio: Tatsu was borned in a unknown small village that was located in the Fire Country. He was the second born in his clan. At the age of nine his brother lefted the village for the Akatsuki. After his brother lefted, all of a sudden the two demonic spirits of their clan came back onto the face of the Earth. The dragon known as Ryoji of the darkness went inside of Tetsuo Kinomiya, while Ryuuga of the flames went on a rampage on the village. They thought that Tetsuo was the purpose because of the betrayal, which he was. Tatsu's father decided to risk his life and defeat the clan's spirit. Ryuuga turned into a spirit orb and was about to banish back into the Spirit World, but it wasn't going to happen. Ryuuga infused himself inside of Tatsu. The seal of that demon was inbound by Tatsu now. His father told him that if he wants to actually control that demon then he'd have to fight it himself. The only place that his father could've think of was Konohagakure. At the age of eleven Tatsu was enrolled at the Leaf Ninja Academy as an exchanged student. The test for the graduation exams was to used the Bushin no Jutsu. He was prepared for that art since he already knew it. He did it and graduated to be a genin. At the age of thirteen, he was able to take a chuunin exam. This was his first time and the only thing he was using to win the whole thing was using basic techniques, weaponry, and taijutsu. Everyone were amazed at how a regular teenager could just beat everyone with just those skills. Tatsu went into an isolated training after the exams were over. Once he was in the forest reading scrolls and creating/learning new techniques the power of Ryuuga had spoke to him. This was the first time in years that every happened. Along with the awaken came the power of the Draringan, the Kinomiya's kekkai genkai. As well as the most powerful ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu. At the age of fifthteen Tatsu returned to the village and asked the Hokage if he could sign-up for a jounin exam. As he did, he finished the matches with great timing, and had control of the demon Ryuuga. He has then required the power to infuse with the power of just keep himself the way he looked (even though he looks exactly like the appearance). He reminded them of the Anbu member Kakashi Hatake. Tatsu was now a jounin ranked ninja at such a young age. He doesn't really act like he's a jounin though nor does he dress like one, but he has the power of one. His dream is to greater than any Kage that is known to man. He know's that it's not gonna be easy, but that's the fun in it for him.

Jutsu's
Techniques:
Ninjutsu: Fire releases: Great fireball: The user first must perform the necessary katas, extract chakra from within through the chest and exhaling out the mouth to produce flame. The left/right hand is form so that the index and thumb form a circle and placing it over the mouth. The hand is able to control the direction of the flame to its desire target.
Fire balsam: The user will perform the needed katas then gather enough chakra into his mouth and release it to create a huge ball of fire. The fire will exist in his/her mouth in a ball that has a tail behind it. The fire blasam is able to travel in different direction.
Fire dragon flame missile:The user will perform the needed katas then inhale a large amount of chakra into his mouth. He/she will then release a fire dragon from his mouth to attack his opponent. His is able to control the amount of fire being release and power. A dark red/orange is the normal attack. An added yellow/white to the red/orange is a larger attack.
Dragon fire: The user will perform the needed katas then inhale a large amount of chakra into his mouth. When release, a stray of fire, symbolizing a dragon will appear to strike the opponent. The attack is so powerful that it is able to destroy part of a cliff or mountain.
Molten lava giant: Tatsu raises his index and middle finger into the air and places his right arm on the ground. He then summons up a great amount of chakra and creates a large sized giant of lava to the surface of the earth. He can command it to do whatever he wants.
Saikitatsuken - This is Tatsu's favorite jutsu to use when he really needs it. He curves his hands into a circle and gathers chakra inside of it. The chakra starts twirling around inside of it and turns into pure flames. Once it is charged Tatsu launches the wave at the opponent and on the end is a flame dragon.
Supreme Saikitatsuken: This is a very dangerous technique to both Tatsu and his opponent. The only requirement of this jutsu is for the Molten lava giant to be around and the Draringan. Tatsu forges both the giant and his attack together to create a more larger ball of fire. It then turns to a dark red tone and when it hits the opponent it feels like lava instead.
Lightning Releases: Raigeki Break: This is Tatsu's most powerful lightning style. He raises his right arm into the air as lightning strikes it. The attack looks like a chidori but it is more wilder then the thousand birds. Just like it he thrusts the attack at the opponent.
Lightning Giant: Tatsu raises his index and middle finger into the air and places his right arm on the ground. He then summons up a great amount of chakra and creates a large sized giant of lightning to the surface of the earth. He can command it to do whatever he wants.
Supreme Raigeki Break: This is a very dangerous technique to both Tatsu and his opponent. The only requirement of this jutsu is for the Lightning giant to be around and have the Draringan. Tatsu forges both the giant and his attack together to create a more larger ball of lightning. It then turns to a dark blue tone and when it hits the opponent it feels like the lightning is surging throughout the whole body instead.
Lightning dragon missile: The user perform the needed katas and shots lightning in the shape of a dragon from the sky to strike the opponent.
Genjutsu: Genjutsu techniques: Demonic Illusion: Hell viewing: This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.
Hell's grip: Tatsu places his hand towards the opponent and waits for the target to look at him. Once he gets their eyes onto him, the ground beneath the opponent starts to shake. It appears to the that they were gripped by a molten lava hand from hell, but he really just used chakra to lift the opponent up where the clinched hand would be. The requirement is the Draringan.
Hell's crunch down: The requirements are the Draringan and the Hell's grip, once the were caught, Tatsu then clinches his hands and a demonic head will pull up from behind the opponent and bite down on them. What really happens is that with chakra anything that's behind the opponent will fall down on them knocking them down to the ground.
Taijutsu: Physical techniques: Tatsu Rendan: Just like the Uzamaki Naruto Rendan, Tatsu creates four shadow clones of himself, but unlike Naruto, Tatsu will have one fo his clones to uppercut the opponent into the sky. One clone will give the opponent a blow to the face with the Serpent kata forcing him back downwards. The other two clones will kick the opponent on the side.
Tatsu Rendan Finalizer: It's the same as the Tatsu Rendan, but instead after the kicks to the side the real Tatsu will jump in and use his Saikitatuken on the opponent as soon as he/she gets kicked.
Striking wild flare (2): Tatsu pounces on the enemy, delivering two kicks, and then kicks again, sending the enemy into the air. He then jumps after them and punches the enemy back to the ground and finishes with Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique.
Ninja techniques: Shadow clone: the ability to replicate clone that have substance, meaning that it looks real, like a human. A clone is also able to perform any jutsu because it has substance.
Replacement/Subsitution: Kawarimi is the ability to quickly replace oneself with an object. The object will look like the person but it is really a replacement object. This technique is a quick way of escape.
Water walking: This is just basic chakra control that will help the ninja to walk along the water like it was solid.
Tree climbing: Using chakra the user can walk on tree trunks.
Shockwave buddigiri: Tatsu uses his muramasa and charges chakra inside of it. He then thrusts it and a shockwave will just strike whatever the target was.
Shock-soundwave buddigiri:This is a better and more painly version of the original. Tatsu strikes through the sound barrier instead. Once the wave passes the opponent it will make an irritating sound inside of their ear drums making a two-three minutes to heal throughly.
Dragon's slasher of 16 points: Tatsu uses the lightning feature of his Draringan for this technique mainly. He moves at high speed to place 16 tag bombs on the 16 vital points and strikes 16 vital points at the opponent. Once he shealth his sword the tag bombs will blow up and the strikes will give effect.
