Helloooo peoples. I am Ashley, Ashalee, Punkeh. Whatever. My starting weight for this journal was ranging from 153 to 156 depending on my eating habits that day or few days. I want a bikini for this summer to wear. I do have one but I could never wear it because of my giant tummy. Tan here I come! I'm white, yes. I need to tan. Current Weight: 150ish Goal:130 or best for my body by summer Age:13 Height:5'4" [does not even out, the only really chubbiness on my is my stomach] + My day will hopefully have Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, and Exercise.+ Everyday I will be having these meals-hopefully.... Day One - Feb. 24 sweatdrop + 153lbs.
Breakfast - Cereal and a small glass of OJ * 10:00ish at this point i think the cereal and OJ is doing just what it is suppose to, contain me until lunch time.
Lunch - Grapes, 1 Honey Mustard Crispy Snack Wrap, About a Half of another Grilled Snack Wrap, Fries, and Lemonade. * 2:00ish
Exercise - Walk, Volleyball, Swings, Jump Rope, just little exercises. * Through the Day
Snack - Rice Crispy Treat, 2 Diet Sodas, Less then a handful of popcorn. * Through the Day
Dinner - Salad with as little dressing as possible [45cals per 2 tbsp and 4g of fat.]
Okay. I did work today. I did exercise, which was great. Gets me flowing and feels great! I did play video games today, but most of the time I was doing something else than electronics... or so it seemed. confused

Day Two - Feb. 25 gonk
Breakfast - None * Woke Up at 11:30AM
Lunch - PB+J [Preserves, not Jelly] and 8oz of OJ * 11:45
Exercise - Shopping, 2:45 * Middle of Day
Snack - Grapes, Cookies (3) gonk Med. Fries, 1 bottle Water * Through the Day
Dinner - Kid Cuisine * 8:20ish?
Well I thought today would have been better since I didn't have breakfast... At least I was walking around today. biggrin

Breakfast - skipped again. XD * Woke up 11:00
Lunch - PB+J again with whole grain bread, milk * 11:20ish
Exercise - bike riding, playground * afternoonish
Snack - banana, water * 2:00ish
Dinner - Cookies, OJ, Potatoes, Peas * forgot
today was a pretty good day. biggrin

Exercise - Bike,Playground, Jump Rope * 5:30ish - 7:00ish
Snack - Toaster Pastries. biggrin * 5:00ish
Dinner - PB+J, OJ, Cookie. XD *
Went over 1,200... WAY OVER. LIKE HOLY s**t OVER. Okay.. well. To me a lot over. D: ..... but i did get exercise.

Exercise - Hula Hooping; 20mins, almost constantly * after school sometime
Snack - Caramel Capp. Blast [about 2/3 of it] sweatdrop * 4:20ish, maybe?
Dinner - OJ, Chicken * forgot

Lunch - Goldfish, Yogurt, Apple, Pears, Veggies, Milk * 11:45ish
Exercise - 1:30 of Tennis Practice; uaually Mon. + Weds; 30mins of walking to my classes. * 8:30-5:00
Snack - about 1/4 of my left-ove Capp. Blast * 5-6ish?
Dinner - Fruit, Pasta, Chicken, Gatorade * 8:00ish
I think I am doing better now. biggrin Still have room in me for Dinner since I burned so many cals.

Exercise - Walk, Swings, Kickball * 5:00ish to 6:00ish
Snack - none really... *
Dinner - soda and cookies. and pixie sticks XD * 7:30ish
wow... didn't eat too much but kindof "made up" for yesterday. i have Bell Choir, Choir, and Youth at church. I didn't eat until after Choir which was late and that was pizza
