 Allada Dust stood in a field filled with dandilions. It was a sunny day with a slight breeze and the mare watched the birds fly around while she munched on some greens. She flicked her tail in contentment and thought of what she should do with this beautiful day she was given.

 The stallion trotted around happily. Today was such a great day! Since it was such a great day, and the stallion felt great, he started bucking happily. As he calmed down a bit, he decided to scan the horizon. "Whats this?" He asked himself squinting his eyes to figure out what this figure was. It looked like another horse, like himself. Was it a mare? Trying to remember what his mother told him, he took a deep breath and walked over. "Good day."

((Not sure if they technically know each other from forum rp or not... xD))
Allada was still grazing when she heard hooves and a voice behind her. She looked up quickly and made room for the rest of the grass in her mouth, sucking the rest in like noodles. After all, she was a mare, not a pig. She didn't want food sticking out of her mouth while she spoke.
She saw a stallion with pretty similar colors to her, but only darker. "Why hello there." she said after swallowing the remains of food. "Beautiful day, isn't it?" she smiled.

The stallion smiled at the mare that was finishing her food. Looking her over once, he smiled and nodded. She was very beautiful. He loved meeting new horses, especially mares. Most of them he liked to play around with, but this mare, he wanted to have stick around. Something about her made him like her. Possibly her coloring? Or is it her smile, or her voice?
Shaking his head a little, he bowed his head politely. "Yes, it is very gorgeous." He let out a small smile towards the mare, then at the sun in the sky.

Allada seemed to like this stallion already. He seemed very polite and nice. Always a wonderful thing to have in friends or mates. She tried thinking of what to do next. "Would you like to go for a walk?" she asked, smiling. After all, they couldn't let this wonderful day go to waste.

Smiling at the mare, Blaze nodded his head. "That would be delightful." He said walking up next to the mare from where he was standing. "Where shall we go miss?" The stallion said with a soft smile on his face. Lately, Blaze hadn't smiled much, but now this mare made him want to smile. It must've been how kind she was.

"Hmm... I'm not sure. Maybe we could go to the lake?" she remarked, gazing at the stallion. It was one of her favorite places to go. She liked taking a dip now and then. It would be even more fun with another horse, even though right now Allada was mezmorized by his smile. "Oh." she said snapping out of it, "I almost forgot to tell you my name. It's Allada Dust, but you can narrow it down to Allada or Dust. I don't care which." she giggled.

"The lake sounds good Dust." He said with his soft smile. The stallion liked talking to this mare. Looking into her green eyes, Blaze swiveled his ears to listen to the mare. "My name is Blaze... You could shorten it if you'd like, but I don't know how you would do that." Blaze said trying to think of shorter ways to say Blaze. Bla? Aze? Bl? Shaking his head a little, he chuckled at himself.

"Well, I suppose we should be on our way now." she smiled and started walking out of the dandilion field. She passed some of the tallest trees in Azale which were near the field. Allada decided to start a new subject. "Sooo... do you have any children?"
Allada didn't have any, but she recently took on the role of an adoptive mother when one of her mare friends got sick and passed. She then acquired her little foal, Crown Royal, which now has grown into a weanling.

"Alright." The stallion said begining to walk after the mare. When he looked up at the trees, he thought of something his real mother had taught him when he was a young foal. "You know if you walk under one of those trees then look up and make a wish it will come true." Blaze said remembering some of his wishes he had made when he was still a foal.
"No, I don't have any children, do you?" He asked hoping that he wasn't flirting with a mare that was already spoken for. Head dropping a little, he hoped she wasn't taken by another stallion.

Allada kept walking as she heard what he said about making wishes on trees. "Hmm. That's interesting. My mom always told me to wish on stars... Maybe you can wish on both?" Wishing on trees? She never heard of that before... Wishing on stars sounded more realistic to her, but maybe that's because she grew up believing that.
"I acually have one filly." she smiled. "Her name is Crown Royal. I adopted her when her mother died. Maybe you can meet her sometime."

Looking up at the trees, he smiled. "It only works with the tallest trees. These seem to be the tallest trees around here. My other mom told me about the stars. I like the one about trees since my real mother told me it, and it's original." The stallion said closing his eyes and trying to think about his first mother and his true father. Sadly, he could not remember them that well.
When the mare said she had a filly, Blaze's heart quickly sank. "Oh." He said until her heard that the mare took her in, for her mother had passed on. "Ah, so she is a little bit like I was. I should meet her some time." Blaze said thinking about a filly that was just like him when he was younger. No father or mother, just a mare that took her in.

"Yeah, I have to admit... it is quite original." she chuckled. "But it is kind of cool at the same time." Allada's parents were both taken by humans when she was a yearling, but she escaped, leaving her to fend on her own. She pretty much was already on her own, but still needed that company of her parents. Allada was forced to cope early though.
"Yeah. I little bit like me too, but it seems as though these things happen quite often. It's sad, really. But to cheer up and get off this subject... wanna race to the lake?" she asked, as they were nearly there.

"I believe my mother was an original horse." The young stallion said thinking about his mother that he loved so much, even though he didn't know her that long. Thinking about his adoptive mother, he smiled. Now noticing how much she had done for him, he looked to the mare that was taking in the filly. "She will thank you one day."
"It is a sad thing to have happen to one at such a young age." Blaze said thinking about the little one. "Sure! Let's race." He said stamping his hoof on the ground in an excited way.
