I was trying to buy these manga that were for people 18 and up, but I didn't have an ID with me... SO WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO?! Go all the way home and come back again?!... Not to mention I'm NOT 18. I really hate that cashier lady. I was about to get books I had been waiting for... for over a year. She has been the ONLY person to ID me for books like that.... so how do you trick them? Let meh know.

I just stay really calm normally they only check the people that seem kinda nervous (at least in my experiance) they have never checked me. Maybe the person that checked you was just an a**. Who knows?

my sister usually goes shopping with my mom and asks her for the stuff she wants (she sometimes pays for it herself). She is old enough herself, and isn;t into manga at all, but this might work for you??

I borrow the books that's for 18 and over at my town's library. So I just have to flash my library card. They don't care if I'm under-aged. Maybe that cashier lady's just being careful?

Ooo! This is what I do...I buy manga with my mom, see, and she never looks at the labels blaugh And when she does, I make up some stupid reason on why it's rated that way
