In this thread, I will be listing anime which are intended for adults only due to sexual content. That's right - These titles are hentai. If you are underage, or have problems viewing such content, you should not be picking up these titles.
A lot of hentai anime have girl-on-girl content, seeing as they are typically aimed at college-aged heterosexual men in Japan. However, I'm only listing ones which I personally feel have enough content to appeal to yuri fans who have interest in hentai.
I'm leaving warnings. Watch out for them. If you are offended or disgusted by any of the content listed in the warning left under a title, I strongly suggest that you avoid it.

Title: Escalation (three episodes of the Cream Lemon series)
Warnings: Doesn't seem to be heading for a "happy" ending, from what I've seen. Poor girl...
My review: Old, but worth a look for yuri fans who are interested in hentai, especially since anything Cream Lemon is considered a classic.
Title: E'L
Warnings: Not for the faint of heart. Contains cruel torture sequences involving women.
My review: There is actually a love story between the two lead ladies, which is why I am listing this. However, the torture sequences are very hard to watch, thus limiting the audience a great deal.
Title: Moonlight Lady
Warnings: Some heterosexual rape. Some spanking. Some rough straight sex. One brief scene involving shota-con (underage boy). Anime was made as fanservice to people who played the game, and therefore some people may get confused.
Review: Mostly heterosexual, but it does have a few well-drawn yuri scenes which make it worth mentioning. Gorgeous women, and, if you're interested, a couple of the guys aren't bad-looking either. Beautiful-looking. The game it is based off of is by Carnelion, the same woman behind the game the YamiBou anime is based off of.
Title: Stainless Night
Warnings: Some flashbacks of torture. One girl is futanari (i.e. has a male part), but since she is a machine, this may not be as much of an issue to those who dislike futanari.
Review: Android anime. Nice, although softcore, girl/girl scenes with romantic music playing.
Title: Parade Parade
Warnings: Intense and frightening rape sequence. Has futanari (i.e. girl with man part). Animation is not great.
Review: Imagine you're a cute pop idol who is secretly intersexed, which only you manager (and lover) is aware of. If this secret gets out, what will happen to your career? Add in numerous women who have been traumatized by painful experiences with men, and who now only are interested in women. This is Parade Parade, basicly.
Title: Slight Fever Syndrome
Warnings: Scene involving shotacon (underage boy). Bad animation in episode 1, but this improves a great deal in episode 2.
Review: Old hentai about a school nurse who ends up helping many students and staff with sex problems, all the while falling in love with a boy. Mostly heterosexual, except for one character (a.k.a. the reason this title is listed here).
Title: Crimson Climax
Warnings: Very bloody and disturbing. Some hardcore bondage scenes. Doesn't end on a very positive note. Some heterosexual sex featuring ugly men.
Review: This title has a lot of girl/girl scenes, and a bit of romance/infatuation stuff going on.
Title: F3: Frantic, Frusterated, and Female (a.k.a. F3: Menage a Trois)
Warnings: Episode 3 has futanari, and penises flying everywhere. It's aimed at guys, so the "lesbian" character ends up liking "teh pen0r". Some bondage/BDSM. Tentacle machine in episode 1. Incest.
Review: A lot of girl/girl action here as well as masturbation. It's a harmless comedy about a girl who can't... well... fly to "Planet O". There's also some straight stuff as well as strap-on action.
Title: Bible Black: Origins
Warnings: Gang rape, and supposedly "lesbian" character having sex with a man. There's an explanation for this, but still...
Review: It turns out that one of the girls who started it all was a lesbian, and boy, she loves having sex with fellow students.
Title: G-Taste
Warnings: Much of the lesbian scenes involve BDSM. The nature of the series is that all the women in this anime have some sort of hang-up or fetish. Also, this is designed for the crowd who love big boobs and big butts, so if that's not your thing, you might not want to see this.
Review: I have not seen enough of this yet to really give a decent review.

Stainless Night is sweet though somewhat confusing; regardless, it's probably my favorite hentai so far. 3nodding
F3 was the first hentai I bought; it was a Christmas present to myself... that I got New Years Eve. razz It friggin hilarious, especially Episode 3. And then there's also this part where the lead character is slapped for not saying a certain dysphemism. xd
A quick note, there actually isn't any incest; the lead character just looks at her roommate and landlady as family, but they actually aren't.
Oh, and this is one of the few hentai with decent English voice-overs. Storyline gets chopped up a little, but nothing too major.
Parade Parade... eh... it's okay. It could've been better, mainly the artwork. :/
May I recommend Bible Black Origins? Now... I know you've heard all kinds of crazy s**t about the Bible Black series, and some of that is actually in this one. sweatdrop However, the movie starts off with a yuri scene between a supporting character and her "little sister", but the girl-lovings end there (unfortunately).

Seen it already. I get very angry when a character that is supposed to be "lesbian" ends up having sex with a guy and enjoying it in these anime. True, in this case, she was under a spell. Wow, thanks for the suggestions *adds more hentai on my "To Watch" list*
Now, there is this other one I've seen clips of, but I don't know the title. IT has a beautiful lesbian threesome in it, and there's this girl named Miss Ayano. There apparently this detective that everyone loves, but Miss Ayano has never gotten with him. That threesome is just so awesome. Anyone know the title of that show? Of the ten titles listed I've...really
haven't seen either all the way
through. But I have volumes 1 & 2
of Kao no nai Tsuki/No Surface Moon/Moonlight Lady.
I've seen some of Bible Black but
lets just say that I didn't actually
watch it for the story's sake.
F3: Frantic, Frusterated, and Female...I TRIED
to get into it but I wasn't feeling the old animation style,
though I am a classicist.
Everything else, I'll probably download off of bittorrent
and sample sooner or later.

Does anyone know if Chirality or Ragnarok were ever made into an anime? They'd make a pretty awesome yuri anime... Pretty much anything by Satoshi Urushihara would actually... ^_^
