Yargh, this'll mainly be used as a food log of sorts. I really need to get my butt in gear and develop semi-decent eating habits. v.v Current stats: I'm 5'4" and 125 pounds. I hope to be at least 120 pounds, though I'm not concerned so much with a number but rather wanna tone my body up and such. My eating habits aren't the best in the world...pretty erratic if I do say so. Depending on how hectic my schedule is I either eat too little or too much within a day. =x I'm trying to stay within a healthy caloric limit, 1400/day or less perhaps, and try doing the three meals a day gig instead of eating whatever when I can. ^^; And to help out, I decided to give up fast food and eating out for Lent. (Granted I am pretty late for this.. <.<) But it should be a big help. I noticed I maintain a nicer shape and weight when I eat at home and such rather than grabbing horrible junk food when I'm out with friends or family.
Anyhow, I'll be trying to keep track of what I eat daily along with any exercises I complete. :3

Wed, March 21 Alright..haven't been eating too well last few days. Went over my limit a couple of times, but no damage cause I've been insanely busy working late and such. ^^; Tried to eat 3 meals today..even if dinner was fast food. v.v;
water - 0 glass of orange juice - 110 diet Sierra Mist - 0 cheese streudal muffin - 210 breakfast sandwich thing (bagel, slice of fat free american cheese, poached egg) - 290 McDonald's (double cheeseburger, small fries) - 690 Total: 1300 Exercise: 1 hour on Gazelle - -211

Yargh..didn't do such a good job of keeping track. =x Unfortunately all I can remember is up to sunday. Sunday..basically didn't eat anything cause my throat was killing me. -.- So all I consumed were liquids; hot chocolate, water, diet pop, etc. Monday I had goulash, slice of wheat bread, peanut butter and banana sandwich and some churro chip things. Tuesday was cabbage and noodles, an apple, and takeout from this place at a mall. o.x Exercise...getting out and running errands like crazy, work, school, trying to walk in the parks while it's nice out as well. =] I'll post what I've eaten thusfar and what my meal plans are for the day, hopefully I stick to them. =p
Wed, March 28 Food: water - 0 blueberry cereal bar - 140 6 frozen breaded fish sticks - 260 few bites of sour cream and chive mashed potatoes (turned out watery >.<) - 50 bit of mom's pasta salad - 80 2 mini peanut butter cups - 72 2 chewy chips ahoy chocolate chip cookies - 120 2 grapes - 6
Total - 728
Exercise: 1 hour on Gazelle - -211 2 miles in park - ?

Today's not too hot...won't be able to eat much cause of my dentist appointment and I'm feeling icky to get in the exercise..hopefully I can at least squeeze an hour in on the Gazelle today. o.x And if I'm feeling a little bit better, I'll go shopping when I gotta run an errand today. Don't really have meals planned out today..just will go with the flow. v.v
Thur, March 29 bottle of water with packet of raspberry iced tea powdered mix - 5 twix bar - 280 bottle of water - 0 (Subway) 6 in. ham & turkey sub - 290 banana - 105 mini peanut butter cup - 36 egg roll - 107 sweet and sour sauce - 35 small portion of shrimp lo mein - 100? sprite zero - 0

Yargh, lovely day. If I'm feeling really motivated I'd like to head to the parks to walk. ^_^ But most likely my forms of exercise will be derived from trying to tidy up and organize my room, anything I accomplish at work, and if I squeeze in some more time on the Gazelle.
