
Hello, my name is Laroka (Well here on gaia it is! ^^) My real name is Melissa, and I am really over weight. I am pretty fit for an over weight person though. I can still run, jump, and play sports. I have a lot of muscle mass.
Today is March 19th 2007. This is my first day of dieting actaully. I need all the support I can get. Here I will keep track of what I eat each day.
I will also keep track of my exercise. I would love you all to post to help me out with pointers. I don't know much about dieting. I have been over weight my whole life. I would love to see recipes, and exercise tips. Please do not post unless you have some usfule information that can help me on my diet. ^^ I will post a weight bar each week. I will try and post one every monday.
Hardest things to give up:
Soda, pizza, chips, and pastries.
Things I have decided to give up totally:
(Eating these things, or drinking these things, make it too hard for me to diet).
Soda

Biggest problems:
Not exercising enough.
Not Drinking enough water.
Eating too much fast food, and fatty foods.
Driving by resturants when I'm out.
Things I have learned alone the way:
Its not really a diet, but a change of life style.
You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight.
Exercise is one of the biggest keys.
