There's always http://www.nanowrimo.org/An awesome contest-like thingy, except it's not really a contest. As that description's really confusing... It takes place every November. It challenges you to write a 50,000 word story, beginning on November 1st and ending on the last day of November.

I like that Seventh Sanctum site. And, I attempted NaNoWriMo this past November. Didn't come close to 50,000 words. (Had about 5000) But, it was fun. And I'll definitely try again

And I'll definitely try again Me too! It sounds fun- when I first heard of it, it was near the end of last November, so this year will be my first chance to really try! When November swings around, we should give out prizes to whoever completes it! mrgreen
