iPod Help Needed Badly

Help? I just got my computer reformatted today.
And... well, everything is deleted.
Is there any way I can get my songs from iPod into
iTunes?

I'm sure Google would be happy to tell you how to do this, but...

Win:
Look at your iPod in Windows Explorer. First enable the "View Hidden Files/Folders" option somewhere in Explorer settings. There's a folder named iPod controls (or something like that?) and inside that there will be one called Music.

In "Music", you'll find a bunch of numbered folders containing the music files. The fileNAMES will be randomly generated, but you can sort by the id3 tags: Artist, Album, whatever you want. Just copy those to your hard drive.

I've never done this on a Mac, but again... Google. :3

Ok so when I plug my ipode >.< in it says

Some fiels on your Ipode are not in i tunes

Then it askes me ifn' I want to import.

Then it askes me ifn' I want to import.

That just means either files have been moved since you put them in your library and updated your ipod last or that they're no longer on your system.

However, they are still on your ipod, itunes probably wants to match up your library with them.
