I'm a vegan and my favorite is tofu. It's easy to cook, and since it doesn't really have a taste, you can put anything on it. Yay!!!!!!

I should try it ( I'm a vegetarian, but never had tofu weird yes)
I'd smother it in barbeque sauce.

I actually really love brussel sprouts! They've got a bad rap as far as veggies go, but I think they're great.
