The best running gag through the whole movie is of course:

Yes. That is great. I also love the bit where Comicus, the Vestile Virgin, Josevius, and Swiftus are singing the gig: "We're off on the road to Judeaaaaaaaaaah! We certainly do get arrooooouuuuund! Boom-Chicky-Boom-Chicky Boom". That was great, too. The best scene in that entire movie, however, was when the Spartans were dancing while being high. It was great.

Hah! Josevius is great in general. I love his character!
Now, I also loved the part in that movie when he and Comicus were following the Senators and saying, "Bullshit! Bullshit! Bullshit!". God, that was great!
