With the new Cannoli Credits rule in place now,
Members must gather 3 credits a month
Crew must gather 5 credits a month
Vice Captains must gather 7 credits a month
I thought that the Cannoli Credits records needed updated and replaced, so that we can now keep track of each person's gained credits PER MONTH, along with a total score, too.
Seeing as how Cannoli can't always be here, perhaps the Vice Captains could also keep track of the credits-- This would involve people reporting their gained credits, not through PMs to Cannoli, but in a mutual thread.
Also, since so many of this guild's members are inactive, and we can't really go through and weed out the inactive ones from the active ones, we can simply ban them all temporarily, and those that still want to be a member and be active can re-join. This way, we start fresh, with all active members.
I'd also like to re-do the layout of the front page, with some graphics or banners or something to catch the eye- to make us look more official.
Last, and this is the part that took so long last night, I would love to put our soldiers into Platoons. I thought this was a nice touch, to be more militarily organized and official as well. We do want to be taken serious, don't we? Here's the layout of the ranks:

(Yes I realize that many of these animals have costumes in the Gaia stores, but it will not be nessessary to buy a costume in order to be a part of any squad or platoon.)
This new ranking system would illiminate the possibilities of people buying their way into Vice Captain possition. This way, the Captain himself could choose appropriate officers to lead Platoons and Squads. Cannoli credits would help in the promotions, as they show who is most dedicated to serving justice and doing their duties. Those who were not officers of a Platoon or Squad would then be sorted out and assigned to a squad, where they'd be with others of their level.
Seem pointless? No, these ranks would be used to better organize our soldiers. Smaller groups mean we are more aware of ALL our soldiers. If one goes down, the Squad leader will know, and then tell the Platoon leader, and then it will be noted to the Captain himself, and measures will be taken. We need to be aware of all our troops, so that none get left behind, and all are included and active.
Organization is the key here.
