Not too long ago I was up watching the awsome Naruto dub. Then just last night I got bored and started reading voulme 4 of the Naruto manga.I came across of what might be some possible foreshadowing of a NaruSaku moment.I found it some what interesting though.
This is a scene from volume 4, chapter 34.
Notice that that Sakura is the one helping Naruto.Take a good look at Sakura's facial expression, while she is doing this. Also note that Sasuke is back by Kakashi. *Cough*
This is a scene from episode 20.This scene is based on the very slit above from the manga.
Let me get to my main point.I know some scenes from the anime and manga are different. Why would you think they would put Sasuke in the anime also helping Naruto?I was astonished and found it out of Sasuke's character at the time.Perhaps, Sasuke was put there for a reason?Perhaps, Kishimoto was trying to foreshadow something in his manga?
I find it strange why they changed this scene.I think it was a hint covered up by the anime. No, I'm not trying to make a big deal out of this.I'm just a bit curious is all of possible foreshadowing.:3 Please post your thoughts, and friendly debating is allowed.

Very very interesting ninja I guess...boredom sometimes is good! xD
It is a possible foreshadowing I mean...why not Sasuke? Sauske is stronger than Sakura, so he could carry Naruto better.

Why was SAKURA supporting Naruto while Sasuke just walked around like a do-do?
I'm telling you, CANON!
I'm not serious. Don't EVER take me seriously if I'm talking about NaruSaku unless I'm debating. xP

For once, nice observation!
I think I have mixed feelings on this. I DO think it's a possible hint, and I do think that it's extremely, positively cute. =D
But then again, in volume 3, we had Sasuke helping Naruto, and in volume 7, we had Sakura helping Sasuke. So it could be just a team thing, where Sasuke was like, "I did that s**t already. >> Sakura's turn."
My main thought is that it's showing Sakura maturing a bit, a learning a bit more about helping teammates and people OTHER than Sasuke. It's around Volume 6-7 when she cuts her hair, and starts showing MAJOR maturity, so I'd say around this time is where we start seeing hints of her gradually getting to that maturity point. heart

I never actually thought about that. It's true, it is wayyy out of Sasuke's character to be helping Naruto...hmmm....maybe it is... neutral

I personally think that you are reading too far into this. You wouldn't have thought anything of it had it not been different. Why would the animators want to eliminate something so minor? Romance is not a part of Naruto, and I suppose this can be said in particular of the anime. I think that perhaps it could be seen as a foreshadow, but at the same time I think it was a minor change. Many things are different about the anime from the manga, this is probably just one of those things.
Besides, although this is far before hand, Sakura's strength is in chakra control. One of her "signature moves" being her chakra filled blows. Maybe not at that particular moment in the anime, but she would be stronger than Sasuke using her chakra.
Also, in case you didn't notice, Sasuke has something nasty to say about Naruto in the manga at this moment. It seems as though he has a major distaste with the boy, so why would he want to help him in any way? Perhaps the animators sought to give Sasuke a less hateful relationship between with Naruto.
ALTHOUGH. I can't say I remember this scene in particular, so it is likely that the same comment was made, but it looks in the screen shot that it was not.
Sorry but, I like to play the devil's advocate . . . . sweatdrop
