My pigeon's name is Ledgend. He resides at my side at all times (he is there now). He is about 8lbs and 28 inches (yea big for a pigeon). Here is the story of how we became best friends.......... .......I was deep within the Detroit Forest looking for a mark man. He was my target for this hunt. (Im a professional hitman). The word was he was hiding out in the forest, so I followed. After several days of searching, and finding no sign of human life, I was very irritated and tired. So I decided to take a nap under a big oak. In the mist of my dream, which of course was about this lovely elf I know, I was abruptly awaken by loud bird noises. I ready my sword and look to the sky. There it was; a young griffin attacking a family of pigeons. Normally I would just watch, all in favor for the griffin (dog eat dog world), but this day, for some odd reason, I wanted to help the falcons. Considering they were several yards in the air, there was little I could do. But right when I lost all hope, the mother falcon and father falcon attacked the griffin with such force and brute strength, the griffin flew away. In the gruesoume battle the father falcon lost his life and fell to the earth, with a loud thud. I could see the injured mother didnt have much time left herself, and with all her strength she flew to her nest. Im not sure on what happen up there, but I concluded that she told her last surviving son to be strong. With one last chirp the mother falcon fell backwards bringing the nest with her. I let the dying mother fall, but with style and grace I caught the nest. Within it there he was; a baby falcon with no place to go. Now there is a ledgend that tells about a family murdered by thieves, and the only surviver was the youngest son. It is said that when he was of age he took revenge on the murders, so with that my falcon name came to be. From that point on he has been with me threw thick and thin.

I moved your thread here because Shakespeare's Burrow is meant for discussing literature/books.
