Now, I know you have heard the rules time and time again. But it is my duty to tell them to you for the thousandth time:

1. TOS of Gaia is law! XD No seriously, you need to take them into consideration.
2. This is a contest sub-forum, no shops. You may post quizzes, contests, tonements, debates and so on here on the Tournement Grounds. ^_^
3. If you have an issue with a specific contest or think it's a fraud, please PM it to me.
4. If you do not wish to give a prize, that's fine, but you must say so in the description of you contest.
5. If you are suddenly unable to use the promised prize before the deadline or something comes up during the duration of the contest that ruins it; either change the prize or cancel the contest.
6. No moderators are allowed to discontinue a contest unless they let me know first. And even before then, if they notice something odd going on, they must warn you before going to me. If you disregard that warning, they may come straight to me and I could shut down your contest/quiz/debate/etc.
7. If I see any reason to think that something is wrong with a contest, I will discontinue it and question the creator. If things seem fine, that people may create a new contest.
8. If there are judges, they must be more than two and they must reside within the guild. Unless you know them in person. I am usually available to judge, if I haven't already entered, if an extra judge is needed on short notice.

I'm sorry to have to be so strict on this one, but I have to be. It's so easy to cheat people out of gold, items, and hard work like art or poems. And I will not tolerate it. I am an artist myself, I should understand how an artist or writer feels about their work.
But you all are good, respectable people, I'm sure you know how to behave yourselves. ^_^
