Okay so I made a journal a LONG time ago, gave up, came back and made another one, and now I'm back again. But instead of making ANOTHER new thread, I've decided to renew my last one, which I hardly got started on anyways..

Height: 5'4
Current Weight: 117 lbs.
Goal Weight: 100 lbs.

List of Healthy Food : D
1. whole wheat bread
2. reduced cal. jam
3. 0% milk
4. cereal
5. apples
6. grapes
7. bananas
8. lettuce
9. fat free dressing
10. boullion
11. fruit-to-go
12. fat free yogurt
13. instant oatmeal
14. reduced calorie bread
15. tuna
16. seaweed

and no i'm not gonna buy all that, or eat all that in a day. it's just like a little.. food bank XD

Anyways. Wish me luck. I probably won't post every day, but I'll try to once in a while.

I'M DETERMINED TO LOSE AT LEAST 5 LBS BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS.

PLAN


Breakfast -

Lettuce (20) w/ Italian Dressing (10) w/ Tuna (60)

Snack -
Any fruit (100)

Lunch -
Apple (100)
Optional (100)

Snack - (my most hungry time XD)
Yogurt (40)
Carrots (20)
12 pkts Seaweed (40)
Optional (200)

Dinner -
Bowl of Rice (200)
Chinese food my parents cook (200)

Total: 1090 cal.

I checked on some site that said I should be eating 1300 calories a day, but to lose weight I'll have to reduce that by 200-300 cal.. so I think this should be right.

I'm glad you are trying again! It looks like you have a very well balanced meal plan. I can't wait to see your results!

Thanks Muffyn, for commenting this time and the last time I tried (even though I forgot to come back after making this thread) ^^'


Anyways I weighed myself first thing in the morning, and the scale read 117. Last time I weighed myself at night, and it was always 120... So I'm really not sure, but I think I'll stick with my weight in the morning just because it's less. Hahahaha.

Today so far -

b - salad (90) & banana (100)

i'm going to see a movie with some friends later, and i'm NOT going to buy any of that food. aggh i usually do, but this time i'll try, no, i WILL control myself. hmm.. maybe i'll only bring enough money for the ticket. haha. yes, that'll work.

l - 2 tsp nutella (200) w/ slice bread (80), 1 slice watermelon (50)

annd yess i didn't buy anything at the theatre! but my friend invited me out to eat..

d - chinese food (800)

exercise - ddr (-219) , walk to movie theatre & back (-175)

TOTAL: 1320 - 394 burned
= 926 cal.

so today was pretty good, but i feel like... INCREDIBLY bloated right now.
the chinese food was just an estimate, so it could be alot more.. considering how much i feel like my stomach's gonna explode right now.

goal: eat less @ dinner.
