What do you think of the guild newsletter? (In the Contests subforum) Is it good or bad? How can it be improved? What contests would you suggest we add?
Note: this topic is currently closed as the newsletter has been stopped and a new newsletter is being put into production!

I think maybe we should add a short story contest as well. Or maybe even an excerpt contest. =]

Arel agrees with Yuki-Chan. Arel cannot write songs or poetry. Arel is only good at fiction.

Hmm... Maybe multiple prompts rather than just one for the story contest. I like having choices. 3nodding I might enter it, too... If I have time. Other than that, I think it's just fine.

That way, you don't have to enter ones that don't sound good to you, but you can always enter the next one! And Cheese's job is much easier. sweatdrop

Hmm, true. But we could all submit prompt ideas and make your job even easier. I've seen some good ones in other contests, and I'm sure we're all creative enough to come up with a few prompts. Then everybody wins! biggrin Of course, if it's still too much work, no worries.
