Basically it's your own journal you do it the way you want. The way I'd suggest is you reserve a couple of your first posts and every time you make a new entry just go to edit your posts and make sure to add dates.
A template has been made just for this guild so feel free to use it! It works like the Questing/Lending center template so you should be familiar with how it works.

This is the same thing as before just with a different entry color, that way you can change it up a bit inbetween entries. For example use the first content code for one entry, use this for the second, use the first for the third. etc etc etc smile
