This is the place you go to when you die in the Living World. When you get sent here, you may do as you please. Even I like pissing of the ogres. You are able to be wished back, but who would wish you back? I mean, you did get sent here. I might hold tournaments here so who ever wins will be wished back........

History:
For millions of years, the infinity of Hell was largely undisturbed, and things went according to plan: the evil were stripped of their bodies and sentenced to Hell to simply exist there for eternity. Orgres kept watch over those too powerful to have their bodies taken, but they were always able to keep order.
Then Dabura, King of the Demon World was killed. Arriving with 1,000 fellow demons he had slain before leaving the Living World, Dabura made it clear he was out to cause trouble. Insulting Yema, Dabura and his fellows were easily sent to HFIL below. Before leaving, however, Dabura told Yema he would get out and kill everyone in Heaven.
After arriving in Hell, Dabura claimed a piece of it, far from the ogres, for himself, telling the other demons that death awaited anyone who disturbed him. He began to meditate, doing so for years until he had reached the very peak of his power. Awaking from his slumber, Dabura revolted, slaying ogres by the hundreds and forcing them out. He demanded the location of Hell's exit, but was left without an answer. With the ogres gone and no one to monitor it, Hell fell into chaos and Dabura began to rule as its king.
Dabura's rule is absolute for the next 90 million years. Yema's authority no longer extends to the depths of Hell, a place of complete chaos. More fallen demons from the Living World only worsen the situation, and Yema knew he had to do something. Given a few thousand more years, Dabura's kingdom would have been able to assail Heaven. Yema threatens Dabura with the might of Other World's warriors, and Dabura--reluctantly--relents. He allows the ogres to reenter Hell and submits himself to Yema's orders under the condition that he still be recognized as Hell's king. Dabura uses his might to bring Hell's inhabitance under his control. He makes a proclimation: that the ogres are not to be killed, and that any who do would become a prisoner in his palace, built at the center of Hell. Eternal torment awaited any who broke the rules of Hell.
As order emerged from chaos, a select few capable of challenging Dabura established themselves as major players. While killing Dabura again was impossible due to Hell's regenerative properties, becoming stronger and usurping his position was. As such, Dabura began to train to make sure he remained the strongest.
Letting his duties as king slide, it wasn't long before a piece of Dabura's land was taken by a rival demon and his army. As a direct threat to Dabura, this demon, Tekashi, declared himself as the king of the lands he had siezed. Seeing Tekashi's success, two other demons, Akamoro and Yomi, made their own attempts to gain a foothold in Hell.
Each of the four kings knew that their dispute would only be settled by force, and recruited the weaker demons in Hell to serve in their armies. Though niether Akamoro nor Yomi held a candle to Dabura's peak power, each was still substantially powerful. They agreed to continue to follow Dabura's laws unless they could dethrone him either with their armies or personally.
And so, for hundreds of years the four kings battled on, one never truly winning because the enemy could never truly die, but the kings and their armies continued to fight undisturbed. That is--until Raizen. The demon Raizen arrived in Hell forty thousand years after the errection of the gate. Already stronger than most of the other demons, Raizen battled and battled until he was strong enough to rally an army and challenge the might of the armies of Yomi and an army belonging to Dabura. He esablished himself as Hell's fifth king, though he has the smallest piece of land.
This conflict has gone on until today.

The four kings besides Dabura never go beyond the gate, meaning that they never leave "True Hell." To train with them, you'll need to venture into the depths of Hell.
Tekashi:
Tekashi is the most powerful demon next to Dabura, but still behind him by a significant amount. With his natural born ability to manipulate ki with ease and a very large amount of it, he has created an unmatched arsenal of multiple attacks. He owns the second largest sector of the H.F.I.L. depths.

Akamoro:
The most agressive of all the kings save Dabura, Akamoro was born with the power to manipulate gravity in any way he chooses. As such, his troops are extra muscly. When fighting outside the boundries of his kingdom, their gravity training allows them to have unbelieveable strength and speed. In his old age, Akamoro has learned not to rely on one type of attack, adding dircet attacks to his arsenal as well.

Yomi:
The Master of Ice, the demon Yomi has used his elemental talents to carve out a path of icy destruction in Hell. Using his ki to combine the hydrogen and oxygen in the air, super-cool it, and use his ki again to make the ice harder than diamond, all within the span of a few seconds, Yomi's attacks are no laughing matter. The ruler of the area known as Frozen Hell, Yomi's subjects frequently drop dead due to the sheer cold of the air in his kingdom only to be ressurected.

Raizen:
While not the strongest of the demon kings, Raizen has even more potential than Dabura himself. With the unique talent to use his energy to slightly bend the rules of reality, Raizen is the only king capable of breaking the barrier between Hell and the Living World. While his Kingdoms of Illusions is the smallest one in Hell, it is also the most rapidly expanding.
