i taught my martial art teacher's daughter's first martial art class while my teacher and his wife watched.
and she is three years old, adn there were 4 other kids.
OMFG. TALK ABOUT BEING UNDER PRESSURE!!!!!
i did well thoguh
have you ever been in a similar situation like this? what was the hardest calss you ever taught? as a student, have you ever had a really good or bad martialar t teacher who was clearly nervous?

I don't get your title... sweatdrop Good for you, but isn't 3 a little young to be able to even UNDERSTAND martial arts?
What can you actually TEACH them!?
I teach a program that starts at 7, and it's impossible to even teach THEM anything. gonk

The Atheist I don't get your title... sweatdrop Good for you, but isn't 3 a little young to be able to even UNDERSTAND martial arts? What can you actually TEACH them!? I teach a program that starts at 7, and it's impossible to even teach THEM anything. gonk it's mostly games and hititn ghitting targets at that age, but it usually starts at 4. shes going to be 4 in two months, so everyone thinks shes ready.

Ah. You realize that we're the only active members right now? XD I try and teach technique and shots to 7 year olds. It fails. eh, our sexen year olds are pretty good, but thats because our techniques at lower levels are pretty easy and almost anyone can excecute our katas. thats why our martial artists are so diverse.

our program starts at 4, as well. They watch, and that's about all they can do XD

i would hate to be the daughter of a martial art teacher, imagine how much pressure that would be!!!!!!!!

ehh... i was once told to start the lesson... i mean, do the stretching and stuff. they have a VERY specific order. i have a corwd-o-phobia (or.. whatever you call it) but i usually hide it.
