Introduction
Hey there! Welcome to my Equus database/journal. In here you can find my collection of Equus and Predators, as well as a little about myself. I plan to use this journal for informational purposes only, although every once in awhile I might use it to RP between my own pets, since that makes more sense than dragging them out into a thread separately - unless, of course, someone wishes to RP with more than one of them at the same time.
Feel free to browse through and read whatever you like - if I didn't want people to see it, I wouldn't post it. If you would, though, read my general requests below before you do anything else in here. I'd greatly appreciate it.
If you'd like to see my pets that aren't from East of Eden, feel free to check out my journal.
If you have any questions, commentary, etc. that isn't related to my pets or you don't feel comfortable posting in here, you're always welcome to PM me.

General Requests
These are just a few simple requests I have regarding my journal here, and how I'd like you to interact with it. Of course, as these are only requests and not rules or anything of the like, you're free to ignore them as you like. But I would be very appreciative if you would humor me by following them.
001.) Follow all the EoE shop and guild rules. This is the only one that can really be called a rule. Obviously if you break any of the rules, you will suffer the consequences that have been laid out by the staff of EoE. In addition to this, you will be placed on my ignore list, and any posts you may have made in my journal deleted.
002.) Please do not redistribute anything. Aside from the Equus and Predators that are cosplays of anime/book/etc. characters, all of the Equus listed here are my own creation. The imagery belongs, of course, to the staff of East of Eden, the colorist who did the commission, and so on, but the character concepts, backstory, and so on are all my original work. I am very aware of the people online who feel free to steal things they find appealing and try to pass it off as their own work, and how hard it is to prove the original ownership of intellectual property online - especially written works as opposed to imagery. It has taken me many years to bring myself to feel comfortable enough to share some of my original characters online, and I'd rather not have them stolen now. I've already had problems with this in the past; I don't want it to happen again. So please, if you want to share anything in this journal with someone, link them to the journal itself rather than copy+pasting what you want them to see. It seems silly, but I'd really appreciate it.
003.) Please stay on-topic. If you have questions that are not related to my EoE pets, please PM me with them. I want to keep this journal EoE-only. Outside matters can and should be left/taken outside of here.
004.) Please do not butt into RP. If you wish to RP with my Equus and/or Predators, please either make a simple post stating you wish to, or send me a PM to set up a time. As I stated before, the RP in this journal will be between my pets only - any other RP will be done outside of here. The RP here is for my own entertainment purposes, and to give others a feel for my pets. No more, no less.
005.) I reserve the right to alter this journal at will. I can, and oftentimes will, update this journal frequently. If a rule needs changed, I will do so. I will also feel free to delete any post that is not my own, for whatever reason I see fit. Now, this does not mean that I am going to be an a*****e and delete every post you make. This will be for two reasons: The post is outdated and no longer needed, or I am trying to keep my journal posts together, and am weeding out any posts in between. If you have any problems with the way I run anything in this journal, please consult me civilly in a PM, and we can discuss it.
I know those seem pretty lengthy, but I assure you they're all there for a good reason. Now I just want to say thank you to those who have actually read them. Even reading them makes me happy. It means you actually care enough to show some courtesy, and that is something I am always thankful for.
Again, if you have any questions, feel free to PM me with them. If you want to ask anything related to my Equus/Predators or RP with them, you may post here, if you'd like.

About the Owner
Oh dear, you've reached the About section, and now you want to learn about me, don't you?
Well, I'm terrible at talking about myself, but here we go (with a picture for your viewing pleasure, lolz):
 My name is Tobias. I'm twenty years old. I recently moved out of my mother's house, and I've just finished my last semester of college for awhile. I have no idea what I really want to do with my life, so for the time being I'm wasting my time sitting around my apartment playing video games and posting on Gaia. In a few weeks I'll be babysitting my stepbrother for a living (in addition to what my significant other makes, of course), and after I'm done with that, I'll be going out job-hunting. More likely than not, I'll just get a paper route or two, because I don't deal very well with people. I lack a lot of social skills, and I'm very sociophobic, but at least I try. Despite all that, I'm taken and in love, so don't waste your time flirting with me if you're going to get upset when I tell you I'm not going to break up with my real-life significant other to humor you. That aside, though, I love flirting. It's flattering, and boosts my ridiculously low self-esteem.
I love to listen to music. I listen to all types and genres, though admittedly I like some more than others. I tend to bounce back and forth between techno, trance, new age, and death metal the most, but currently I'm digging stuff like Every Time We Touch by Cascada and Mann Gegen Mann by Rammstein.
Movie-wise, I tend to follow trends. Not all, but some. My favourite movie of all time is The Lion King, but I also like various horror movies and poser-goth cult movies (The Nightmare Before Christmas and the like). On the other hand, I like anime, but it's mostly stuff from the '90s. Vision of Escaflowne (the series, not the movie) rocks my socks, as does Revolutionary Girl Utena and Violinist of Hameln. There are others I like too, but those are my favourites. No, I don't like newer things like Naruto, so please don't ask me.
Book-wise, I don't read as much as I used to, but I still love Redwall and Animorphs to death. I read the Harry Potter books, but I'm not as much of a rabid fanwhore as a lot of people. For the most part, what I read nowadays is manga. My current loves as far as manga go are Angel Sanctuary and Model. Again, there are others I like, but those are my favourites.
Next comes video games. I'll play just about any genre of video game, as long as I find it to be entertaining and don't find the plot to be horribly overdone. (Then again, I'm a huge fan of the Silent Hill series, so what's that tell you? ;x As long as it's well-done and catches my interest, I'll play it. But don't get too excited, SH fans. I've only played 2 and 3. But I'm working on finding the others. <3.) My favourite genre, however, is survival horror. I was introduced to that genre through a lovely game called Haunting Ground, which I highly recommend. Aside from that, other games I've really enjoyed were the Pokémon series, the Legend of Zelda series, Dynasty Warriors, and Soul Calibur.
Now, with all that aside, I think I've covered just about all the basics except Gaia. I originally joined Gaia in '03 because a friend forced me to, but I was here less than a day before I got bored with it and left. (Boy, what a mistake that was.) I hated forums back then (chatroom whore), and didn't see the point. Then I rejoined with this account later (originally Xeres_Eveningfall), got bored after a few months, and rejoined and got addicted in mid '05. Since then I've had probably ten different main accounts because I kept wasting my name changes and not wanting to pay for more. But I recently decided that showing how long I've been here (and how little I have, in cases of comparison) was more important, so I've moved back to this account for good.
The best items I have, you see on me (Horns of the Demon & Angelic Pendant). That's pretty sad considering how long I've been here, and I just recently got both of them. It took me awhile to learn the value of questing donation items before store items. It also took me awhile to realize that while donating is really nice, if I donated every bit of gold I earned, I'd never get my dream avatars. Don't get me wrong; I still donate a lot. I just try to confine it to between specific quests, 'cause that makes questing easier.
As far as East of Eden goes, I discovered it sometime in '06, but I have no clue when the actual date was. I just remember seeing an Equus in someone's signature and thinking how gorgeous it was. So they pointed me to EoE, but at that point I sucked at questing and had maybe a pair of Fairy Wings to my name, so I pretty much doubted I'd ever have an EoE pet. But recently, I remembered EoE after switching my other pets to this account ownership-wise, and decided to take a look again. Lo and behold, they were still alive, and the cosplay that I wanted to get before I got any other Equus or Predators was still open. So I took my quest funds, I sold off every MC I didn't need for my dream avatars, and I scraped together the 500k to buy a cosplay. Then I sent my form, and here we are! I have my darling Dilandau, and I plan on getting at least three more Equus and one Predator sometime in the future.
But anyway, that's quite enough of my useless rambling. I've probably bored you all to death by now. But, if for some reason you're curious about something that wasn't covered here, you're more than welcome to ask questions and whatnot. And talk with me. <3. I love making new friends. Equus - Dilandau
Name: Dilandau Albatou
Title: Lord Dilandau, or the language's equivalent. (Ex. Dilandau-sama in Japanese, the language of the series Dilandau is originally from.) This is mainly used by people Dilandau has taken under his wing as lackeys, to show their respect for him. It is respect cultivated by fear, but still respect nonetheless.
Nickname: None, if you know what's good for you. To his face he has only ever been called Dilandau by enemies and superiors, and Lord Dilandau by subordinates. He has earned a nickname for himself as The Diabolical Adonis, though no one dares address him as such.
Gender: Male.
Age: Adult.
Class: War Steed.
Personality Description: Dilandau is arrogant, headstrong, and sadistic. He has a constant, undying need to be in control of those around him, and any who are not of higher rank than he in the Zaibach army he has cowed into submission through whatever means necessary. The exception to this, of course, are his enemies, who he takes great pleasure in hunting down and slaughtering one by one - though oftentimes he'll ignore the orders of his superior officers to do so. All of his superiors treat him with great leniency, however - perhaps because they know what a valuable asset he is, particularly in combat, and feel they should give him some amount of freedom due to that. Dilandau believes he has no flaws, and is exceptionally narcissistic and vain, and currently bears a deep grudge against the King of Fanelia for scarring his beautiful face. In addition to being a sadist, Dilandau is quite the pyromaniac, and takes great joy in burning castles, cities, or even entire countries to the ground. While Dilandau might be stubborn and short-sighted, he is still one to be wary of.
Character Background: As far as Dilandau knows, he has been serving in the Zaibach army for as long as he can remember. He and everyone around him know the truth as such, and respect his position. He has, since the beginning of his service to the Zaibach empire, held a reasonably powerful position within the Zaibach army. He commands a special group of fifteen teenage boys known as the Ryuugekitai - or the Dragonslayers. The main mission of this group is to - aside from other missions handed down by Commander Folken or Emperor Dornkirk himself - is to eliminate Escaflowne, the aforementioned White Dragon, and its pilot, the King of Fanelia, Van Fanel. However, the truth behind Dilandau's entry into the Zaibach army is odd (to say the least) and known by very few high-ranking members of the army. One section of the army which stays out of combat and instead experiments in Fate-Alteration is known as The Sorcerors. The Sorcerors, as an experiment in Fate Alteration, decided to take a young child chosen at random and alter his or her fate. The subject they chose was the younger sister of Allen Schezar (a Knight of Asturia, one of the countries that opposed Zaibach), Celena. They altered young Celena's fate by changing her into a boy and raising her as one of the most elite trained fighters for the Zaibach army. They changed her name to Dilandau Albatou, and gave him a group of boys his own age to command as he saw fit. During young Celena's captivity and throughout Dilandau's life, the one person who was always there to watch over him was a Beastman named Jajuka. Jajuka was essentially a slave to the army, and spent his time performing menial tasks before he was assigned to be Celena's caretaker, and Dilandau's after that. This Beastman is the closest thing Dilandau has ever had to a real friend, considering Dilandau's callous nature and need to control those around him. Despite being treated like dirt, however, Jajuka still cares for the boy, and looks out for him when he gets himself into trouble.
Relationship Status: Single, and it's likely to stay that way. Dilandau is not a people person, and severely lacks in social skills. Anyone in relation to him is a superior, a subordinate, or an enemy - and all of them are inferior in his eyes. The most intimate relationship Dilandau has ever had in his life, in fact, is the friendship he shares with Jajuka - if one can call something that one-sided a friendship.

Name: Celena Schezar
Title: None. Everyone addresses her as Celena.
Nickname: The only nickname Celena has comes from her brother, if one can call it a nickname: Celena-chan.
Gender: Female.
Age: Adult.
Class: Tamed.
Personality Description: Celena is a very quiet and observant individual. She prefers to keep to herself and watch others rather than interact with them. This is not due to any antisocial feelings or negative thoughts on her part - she is merely very shy and overprotected, due to her history. However, the rare times she can be found interacting with others, she is a very kind and gentle soul, helping when she can, and never treating anyone with less than the utmost respect. She dislikes conflict, and will avoid it by whatever means necessary - even if that means going into hiding for unknown lengths of time. Once one manages to get to know her, though, one will find that she is quite possibly the best friend anyone could have.
Character Background: Celena lost her family at a very young age. Her father left home for reasons known only to her mother and older brother, and her mother was at this point inconsolable. The only thing that kept her going was her son, Allen, who took care of her, and her daughter Celena, for whom she lived. But one day, while playing outside, Celena disappeared. Her mother spent her remaining days wallowing in grief over her lost husband and daughter, and eventually passed away. Her older brother spent some time wandering, confused as to what he should do with his life. Eventually, however, he became a Knight of Asturia. Celena, on the other hand, had been captured by a quickly growing empire known as Zaibach. She was kept imprisoned in a small room with only a humble Beastman for company. This Beastman, named Jajuka, cared for Celena throughout her imprisonment, and protected her from the harsh soldiers who would otherwise not have cared what became of her. Eventually, though, Celena was taken from Jajuka's care by a certain sect of the army, known as The Sorcerors. The Sorcerors performed experiments on Celena in an attempt to prove that they were able to alter Fate itself. They transformed her into a boy, changed her name to Dilandau, and gave him a group of soldiers to command as his own. Eventually, however, Celena's memories began to resurface, and Dilandau would temporarily revert to Celena. Once she was united with her brother, it was a short time before the reverse became permanent. Celena, after years of absence, was taken back in by her older brother, and saved from the perils of the Zaibach Empire.
Relationship Status: Single, and likely to stay that way. Not only is Celena too naïve, innocent, and child-like to truly understand adult relationships, but her brother sees to it that nothing can happen to her again. He keeps her sheletered and protected, and monitors carefully where she goes and who she sees. He knows that someday he'll have to let her go, but he also knows that now is not the time - Celena has plenty of growing up to do, and many years of their childhood to make up. When she is ready, they'll both know, but for now, he plans to keep her as innocent and pure as possible - to make up for the horrific past she has had to endure.
Availability for RP: Not at this point in time. I do not wish to RP my dream Equus - especially cosplay Equus - in the event that someone might come along and take the idea out from under my nose. I'd hate to be RPing and falling in love with an Equus, only to find out that someone with 500k in their pocket came along and took my right to RP said Equus away from me. So until I actually own Celena, I will not be RPing her.

Eye Color: A medium shade of blue - light, but not super-pale or super-bright.
Hair Color/colors: Very pale blonde - nearly white.
Hoof Color: Very light blonde-y yellow - to match her hair.
Main Body Colors: White.
Wing Colors (if applicable): I'm not 100% sure, but I think all-white would be best. Maybe some tinge of yellow here or there to match her hair, or a light blue and powdery lavender to match her eyes and shirt. I think that any of those would look good. If you want me to not leave it at "Whatever looks best" and just pick one, though, let me know.
Scars/tattoos/markings: None.
Refrence Picture?: [x] [x] - Neither are exceptionally good, but they're the only ones I can find right now that have that particular outfit. I want her in the pretty lavender shirt. The other two outfits she has are a cute little aqua dress she wore in her childhood, and a similar one from her teenage years, and then a rather unflattering outfit her brother gave her when they were reunited for the first time. I'm open to suggestion and comparison if you think one of the other outfits would look better, but the lavender top and leatherish pants are my personal favourite. If you need more reference pictures, let me know, and I'll do my best to find more.

Extras: Nothing I can really think of at the moment. When I actually send the form, I will most likely copy+paste a personality and character background description to help the colourist get a feel for the character. It won't do much with the actual colouring, but I feel they might want to know a bit about the character herself beyond just her physical appearance.

Angry Sex here. I no longer have access to that account, so I'll be using this account from now on. I may or may not make a new thread at a later date. We'll see. For now, an update to my collection:
A custom Equus based on my beloved OC Faelar. Evil version, obviously. Good version coming soon. =]
