I thought that was pretty obvious by the names. ^^; She's Tooru and Kyou's grandaughter, the man is their son and the woman his wife.

I was disapointed with it. There were some nice bits in the final chapter but over all it seemed rushed through just to fit everyone she could in it again and then yet again heavily focused on KyouRu.

Can't really be bothered to type up again all what I've wrote about it so I'll post my review of it that I put on another site.

I was a little disapointed with the last couple of chapters really. It felt like she'd just kind of lost the plot a little and was just dragging in places until it reached a whole volume.
I didn't like the fact that the curse was pretty much ignored once it was broken. We got half a chapter explain how it began and then that was it, nothing about why it was the Souma's, nothing about why Kureno was the first, nothing about why it was broken in that order.
It seemed once Kyou and Tooru got together that was the only thing she was interested in. It was nice to see their first date but I really would've preferred some explaination. It just seemed a little fillerish to me, especially when it came to Tooru having to take the exams. I think the middle part of the chapter was very rushed. She took her time with KyouRu at the beginning and end but when it came to everyone else she pretty much rushed through it.
Personally I think had she not focused so much on that one pairing once they got together, it would've been a more well rounded ending.

I didn't like the fact that she had to have everyone paired up with someone and then give the other two explainations. I think she made it quite clear she doesn't like fan pairings when she completely stoped with the homoerotic jokes but I didn't think she'd go this far.
One of the two things that really disapointed me though was that she tried to end it like she started it. It was too perfect an ending after everything that'd happened. With all the angst and revelations that had occured during the series, especially in the few final volumes, having everyone be perfectly happy by the end just seemed a little too fairy-tale for me. I would've liked to have seen more of Rin's reaction to it, she was the only one that actually gave a reaction I would've expected and it lasted for a whole two pages then was forgotten.
The other was Momiji. I lost my love for him by the final chapter. Having his dream change from playing violin for Momo to finding the best girlfriend seemed like a bit of a step down. Telling Momo he was her brother was still a possibility when she was older. After he'd perservered for so long it just didn't feel like it was him anymore when he just gave up.

Overall, I really loved the series but I definitely felt the ending was lacking in places. It was nice to see into the future though even if it wasn't all of them. My favourite chapter though, without a doubt, is 135 where we get to see Kyouko and Katsuya again. Other than Yuki and Machi they were always my favourite couple and it was nice to see their love carried on into the afterlife.

She calls them Tooru and Kyou then her mother tells her off and says she should call them Obaa-chan and Ojii-chan. ^^

I hate the ending I also wanted more to happen but I think you're wrong Sephiroths samurai girl about Momiji. I think that it's not a step down to want to fall in love. He doesn't have to give up on the violin, he never said he was going to. And Momo, I think both are too determined, I believe they will meet after the father calms down. But I do believe it was rushed. I wanted to know more of what happened in the future. I want to see them all together once more, after they all come back from whatever collage or adventure they go on.
