Let's see... This will be my awesome weight journal... I've had one before (not on here.) but I ended up losing it, which in turn made me slack off on trying to lose weight. As of today I hope to get back on track and hope to stay on track because I am getting married this July 7th 2007. I don't plan on losing all of my weight by then, but I at least want to drop two dress sizes by then. ( I should be able to do it. ^-^)
I guess I could put a little about me too... I am an ex swimmer/ swim coach. I'm 5ft 5in. Though my weight is 197lbs, I have a lot of muscle. At my most fit point I weighed 150lbs and was a size 5. I stopped swimming because of medical reasons. (ya know... tendinites, gallbladder needing to be removed, appendicitis...all in one year of high school), then became a coach. Now I'm in college, and gained weight. So Its now time to lose it all! ^-^ *Grins*
Start date: 5-14-2007 Monday Starting Weight: 197lbs Goal Weight: 150lbs Need to lose: 47lbs
Weekly Goals: 1. To go on long walks at least 4 times this week. 2. To cut soda from diet. 3. To go running at least 3 times.

The best of luck to you! I really hope you make your goal, it seems you have experience in sports so it shouldn't be too hard for you!
