Height: 5'11" Starting Weight: 320lbs Current Weight: 312lbs Goal: 180lbs Pounds needed to be lost weekly to reach goal by 2010: Less than one. Har. Current Weight Loss: Estimated 2lbs per week. Possible muscle build up may cause some confusion. Current Diet: Eating small meals spread out over the day instead of three core meals. Drinking two 8oz glasses of V8 a day to get proper amount of vegetables. Drinking 16oz Lipton Green Tea daily. Current Exercise Program: Speed walking for ten minutes ten minutes a day. Walking up and down stairs for five minutes twice a day. Current Sleep Scedual: 11PM-6AM. Approximately five hours.

Good luck with your plan! I am also doing the five smaller meals a day instead of the huge meals. It really works, and I'm feeling less hungry in the day too. You forgot to mention water in your little drink section; tea and V8 is great but not without water too.
