Right, so, there was the Luggage, posessive and powerful. Then came Esk's staff in Equal Rites. That was pretty much the same only slightly less homicidal. What other Luggage clones can you find?

My bad, pretty much any staff counts as homicidal and fiercely protective sentient "inanimate" objects.

Wouldn't it be possible for Esk's staff to be made of Sapient Pearwood as well though? It is a wizard's staff, I suppose. Then it would be obvious why there are similarities...
