This is just a bit of help to everyone who wants their characters to have unique names. Anagrams are basically the mixing up the letters of a word to create a new word (ie: Aaron= Arona)
How to do this... okay, so say you have a character who has a pendant of red crystal that is tied to her life and therefore, you identify it with her.
You could always go and call her Ruby, but it's not exactly something you'd want to name her.
So now, to Wikipedia! You type in "semi-precious stones" in the search box and find Carnelian, a reddish stone.
So maybe you don't like the sound of that for a name, on to anagrams!
Just switch the letters around in any odd order you like, make a list of them, and choose from the list.
Anagrams:
Lranniace
Nnelaaric
Ceinraal
...I could go on for quite some time, so I'll stop for now. Don't like any of the names you come up with? Choose a different word and try again.
