Amethyst_Crystal diamonds and pearls Amethyst_Crystal I've heard it referred to as both and I guess the combo of overcast/rainy weather in conjunction with working nights would be a double whammy. a big double wammy What sort of things have you tried to help alleviate the blues?[/quotechoclate no coffee medittaion, av allso erd of mineral and vitamin supplemnts and hypnosis and fo course the sunny picture how many of these work well i dont know but direct sunlite is good to or walking i have not tried them all but winter blues is hell
