I'd like to see a discussion about the theories why Marx left-out of his writings recipes for government, and also I'd like to hear some recipes for Marxist government from my comrades.
I believe Marx left out recipes for government because, living in the time of industrial revolution, he knew that different situations for different countries would require different governing systems. I also believe he left recipes out of his works to encourage evolution of theory.
Your views comrades?

I feel marx was an economist more than a politician, and did not leave the political aspect out by accedent but infact didnt feel it was as important. but thats just my view smile

It is true that he was an economist, but even though he believed the government would eventually fade-out of the picture he still acknowledged that a political institution needed to be in place for the period(s) to follow after the revolution.

Personally, I'd like to see a small Communistic state, something no larger than a few cities or a small state. That way, you could implement a pure Democracy with everyone being able to vote on ideas and policies. Also, having more area than a city would mean industrialization and agriculture would be possible, leading to a complete shift in the way cities would look. Personally I'd like to see what he wrote as a single solid landscape, no dominance in agriculture or industrialization; just people living and working.
