I was downtown (Toronto) yesterday, when out of freaking nowhere, it's Eric Idle and some guy from "Baby's Day Out". Apparently he's in Toronto for some stage production called, "Not the Messiah". Anyways I think I'm going to see it, right after Evil Dead. 3nodding

THIS IS GOOD NEWS
ive heard talk that eric idle was thinking of doing a musical similar to spamalot which was based off holy grail and he wanted the next one to be on another python movie.
not the messiah=life of brian
HES NOT THE MESSIAH HES A VERY NAUGHTY BOY or something to that extent
HELL yes. i just wonder how theyre gonna do the nudity bit?

I'd totally buy the soundtrack. But if "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" is already in Spamalot, would they still put it in the (maybe) LOB musical?
Oh, and they'd probably just have to find some very brave actors. I saw a production of King Lear a few months ago and they had a naked guy running around onstage at one point, and at the end during Lear's big speech, Cordelia was naked too. ('Twas funny - during the blackout before the bows, the actress pretty much sprinted backstage to get a robe on.)
