Some of you may have wondered what "consruction" the Miscellanious RP subforum is under. Well here's your answer. We're demolishing it. Afterwards, we'll rebuild it into something else.
But what should it become? eek
Any ideas, people?

Well, I believe you know my ideas, Nick-ie boy, but I'll restate them for everyone else.
I wanted the unused forum to be rebuilt into a Wikipedia-esque place. Seeing as me and Nick are already doing articles for others, and seeing that I plan to continue to do these articles, we might, eventually, need a place to contain all the crazy articles.
Of course, since this would be a Wikipedia-esque forum, we will allow EVERYONE to start an article and edit them. However, the Captain, Vice Captains, and the Crew members are the only ones who pertain rights to edit every article. This is do to the fact that allowing everyone to edit the articles would eventually lead to people getting pissed off about "missing" or "corrupted" articles.
Though, seeing as this keeps regular members from placing some funny tidbit of "information" into previously written articles, the higher-ups will accept suggestions on added material and add said material if it abides by the rules and is, in fact, funny, as well as harmless.
I, of course, would volunteer to watch over and edit the forum, seeing as I love writing articles about me friends...when it's convenient to me. I would also help set up the rules and what not to keep everyone in line, as well as enforce them. *cracks a whip*
Now, who's next in line?

Hmm, I am not sure what we should do with it. Farley's idea is good, but seems to have a few troublesome problems, which Farley already stated. I will have to think on it a bit longer because I have nothing right now.

Ok, I take it back. What if we turned into a competitions area? We could put guild contests and member run conests. We could combine this with Farley's idea so that it will be somewhat more popular than if you put them seperately.

Although that sounds mega sweet, I believe Nick told me he was thinking about converting the "Mini Guilds" section into a Competitions Area. (what with the contests being member run and what not!)

First off, though not a bad idea, I'm afraid that less people would see the contests if they were shoved to a subforum. Though if you feel differently on that, then feel free to debate me and my open-mindedness.
Secondly, if I'm not mistaken (if I am, then... neutral ), my idea was that there would be the occasional roleplaying contest between mini-guilds in the mini-guilds subforum.
...
By the way, the member-run contests idea is really good.
