Who do you think performed the best Elphaba and Galinda? Who do you think was the worst? I know there's a lot of debate over which actresses filled the roles best. I was wondering what the people in this guild thought.
My heart will always belong to the original cast. I love Idina and Kristin.

Elphie_defies The Best: Idina and Kristin or Megan Hilty and Eden Espinosa When I went the first time it was Eden & Megan. They did great. Last time I went it was Julia Murney as Elphie and Kendra Kessebaum as G(a)linda. I got pretty much the whole cast's autographs on the playbill and a picture of me with Julia. 3nodding It was so much fun. ^^

The best Elphaba in my opinion is Stephanie J. Block. I've never seen
her (besides less-than-legal recordings) but I definitely think she's the best.
Glinda? Erin Mackey. Her Galinda is so perfect, and her transition to
Glinda is dead on. I love her. heart
The best PAIR would have to be Kristin & Idina. You can't beat their chemistry.

I must say that the OBC are the best, Idina and Kristin. Of course, that's why they were chosen in the first place! mrgreen I saw Dee Roscali and Stacie Morgan Lewis, and they work together really well.

The first time I saw the play I saw it with Shoshana and Megan, and they were both amazing. The second time I saw Julia and Kendra. I've never seen the origanal cast in person, but let's just say I know of a good bootleg.
Anyways, it's a pretty tough choice, I do like the original cast best, but Shoshana and Megan are a very close second.
