If Kabuto haden't followed Orochimaru then maybe, but Kabuto has gone on the child molesteres path, he's in love with Orochimaru, there is no space in his heart for Shizune, she's still young

-because.... xp dunno how to explain it but it had to do with the episode about tsunade healing orochimaru's hands having shizune in her side and Kabuto with orochimaru
