Killing a regenerator easily: blast one of his legs off with a shotgun, he will fall, run up to him a knife him until he dies, he won't get up, and it saves ammo and fear for some.

Easy kniving in the village after the tied up scene with Luis: Run up to the last house, climb up the ladder and let the Ganado's climb up after you, hold your knife and keep on kniving them so they fall off the ladder, it'll take some time but it's handy if you are out of ammo or want to save ammo.

Krauser: when you battle Krauser the first round, run into the house, climb the ladder and stand behind it (so you face Krauser when he climbs after you) Krauser will try to jump to you but he will fall down again off the ladder, he can't reach you, so you can easliy shoot him (until he throws a flashbomb) Also when it comes down to the real fight try to knife him since that has more effect than guns on him.
