ok, when I first started this guild, I was 142, my goal weight is 113-127, but I have gained five pounds, i have lost two of those, so i am now 145, But ok, here we go:
starting weight: it is now 142 July 3rd: 144 pounds (3 pounds lost heart ) inches: 39 hips, 29 inch upper waist. bust: 39 inches, thighs: 24 upper arms: 13 12 BMI:24
goal: 113-127
excercise: 20 minutes walking, with floor excercises and DDR
diet: No carbonated or caffinated drinks, i will try to have 1000 calories a day, but I am a busy person, so this may be difficult.
The way I check my progress: every two weeks I will measure the width around the widest part of my hips, then every month, I will weigh to see if I have lost. Every ten pounds lost, I will measure my arms and thighs to see if they have lost mass too. After I have reached my goal, I will continue to hang around the guild and talk to everyone 3nodding
ok, today I have eaten:
1 south beach bar (chocolate, yum): 210 calories
half a cup of coffee: calories unknown
1 cup yougurt: 100 calories
12 cup cottage cheese: 90 calories
excercise: 40 minutes running and floor excercise inbetween
calorie estimate: 600-300 300 (Ok, I will try to eat more)

Great selection on foods to eat, but indeed you do need to eat more. I was told to aim around 1,000 calories a day.
Coffee has no calories, it's the stuff you put in it that has calories. So check the creamer and sugar labels to see how many calories that would be. My average cup of coffee is usually 35 calories because of 1 sugar cube and two tablespoons of creamer.
Good luck!

today, I was laaazzzyyyyy! I ate way too much... ok, I ate some turkey, chiken, another south beach bar (the chocolate is to die for) and other things... my calorie intake was
1500, but i excercised for one hour, vigouroulsy, so i think that took off about 500 of those calories. Today was a day where I read books, after excercising. I got to see corpse bride, on my DVD player. I have to love that movie! The characters all look so strange! They are all these weird shapes, and the uber skinny ones (such as victor, victoria, and emily) have these big eyes! the eyes are like, half the size of their heads! hehe. I wonder why they chose the names victor and victoria? I mean, they are the same, victoria is the feminine version of victor.........oh, yeah, they were in the victorian times, I get it! sorry, rambling on.....

wow, I have had a busy few days, I went over to my friends on saturday, And we played DDR, then on sunday, I went to a picnic (yes, I still managed to eat healthy, until the evening, my friend's family owns a chinese buffet, and It was hard to resist that soft serve ice cream that they had) On monday, I started summer school, for extra credit. And I am still in summer school. I excercise every day when I get home, and my clothes are already getting a bit looser

today I have had:
breakfast: 12 cup of yummy strawberry smoothie lunch: chicken and spinach and potatoes dinner: (yes, i have already had it) A muffin and mango smoothie
estimated calories: 900 calories (see, I am getting better)
excercise: exercising and running for 30 minutes. (I do not know how many calories I lost by running)

I have started to eat a lot of fruit...But I just found out my grandma has breast cancer. She has gotten surgery, and it is ok, but I am trying to influence her to drink alot of water, since it lowers the risk that the cancer will come back

Sorry to hear about your grandma. I'm glad that the surgery was successful.
That is good that you've started to eat a lot of fruit. That is probably one of the best things for your body along with veggies.
If you run and are not sure how many calories you burned, try fitday.com. They have an exercise part that can calculate the calories from various exercises.
Good luck!

((thank you))
I have lost 5 more pounds since I have last been on, the hardest thing to give up has been ice cream. I still miss my ice cream with honey. I have found out, however, that gelotto isnt as bad, when it comes low fat.
