~Story~
Sakura Haruno decided to move to Suna for several years to train alone and study on medicines. She began making friends with Temari at first, but soon became friends with all of the Sand Siblings.
After a while, somebody recommended Sakura's healing ability to be taken to her full potential. Therefore, Sakura has started her own school in Suna, training young girls and boys to become talented medic nins.
But of course, this all overwhelmed her...and she started having help from a known friend, Gaara. But what happens when she starts relying.. a little TOO much on Gaara? Is he becoming more than just a friend?

Bio: Tahiko Fujimiya has the hugest crush on Sakura. He's constantly trying to show off for her, and he despises Kankurou and Gaara, since Sakura is friends with them.

Personality: Her outer exterior is usually sweet. But in reality, she's the Queen of Seductresses and turns on her sultry personality when alone.
Bio: Being the sister of Tahiko Fujimiya, she and Tahiko both know the Shippuuden no Jutsu, and they both use it. Shizune has a secret attraction towards Gaara, because is known to like "Bad Boys." She is constantly bringing Sakura down because of her envious feelings towards Sakura. Therefore, she get's scolded by Tahiko repeatingly.

Sakura had bought a small house somwhere near the center of Suna...so it was pretty busy. Sakura slept in the small basement, because it was way to hot, and the basement seemed to absorb less heat.
Because of her medical success, Sakura was getting a decent amount of money for her age. And a lot of people knew her because of her saving Kankurou, the Kazekage's older brother, from a painful death.
"A medical training class...? Can I really do it?"
Sakura was asked to teach young girls and boys and girls who wanted to grow up to be medical ninjas. But Sakura was scared, what if she didn't know enough?
"You'll be fine..." Some people would say...
"You'll do great!" Others would say...
But Sakura just didn't know...

He had frequently visited Sakura for company. The pink haired girl had listened to him when he needed someone to talk to. She in turn had done the same for him. It was nice to have someone to talk with, and share problems with. To take a break from the business of being the Kazekage.
Now he would visit her while she was at the medical school to see how she was doing. Gaara had no doubt she would be fine, after all she was Tsudane's former pupil. There was a ghost of a grin on his face as he entered the building. Gaara thought it would be a nice idea to take the pink haired kunochi out for a lunch after the classes. It would show her once again how much her had changed, that there was no longer a monster like a few of the elders still thought.

"Okay, and if the patient has breathing problems, check the pattern. If it's going in a slow pace, then the poison has not gone in deep. This is easier for more new medical ninjas because the poison did not settle in quickly enough. Now, if the pattern is more of a fast pace, then the poison is more inside. That's when a professional needs to suck it out because blah blah blah blah..."
After another half hour of what she knew, the little kids ran home to their mothers, and Sakura put away the dummy into the closet. The Suna hospital gave Sakura her own working room to sew her clothes and teach the students. Why to sew clothing? Because Sakura was in charge of making hospital uniforms for patients and nurses. It was also a good helping tool, she didn't need to buy a flashy outfit that was over her budget. All she needed was some fabric and she could make her own clothing. Most of them, though, were a little revieling. But Sakura couldn't help it, it was hot in Suna!
She walked out of her working room to find Gaara standing outside the door.
"Kazekage-sama!" Sakura bowed. Even though she knew Gaara, she still wanted to be polite. After all, he IS the Kazekage. "What brings you here?"

He was just about to go in when the door opened up in front of him. The red head put his hand back down to the side of his body. His teal eye's locked onto her face for a moment before noticing the clothes she wore. Gaara had never seen the girl wear such clothing before. He could remember her when she would wear a cute pink dress. But now since she had gotten older the clothing seemed to be more bold. But then again it could have been because of the heat.
A small blush threatened to surface on his cheeks so he looked at the floor. When she spoke he looked back up at her. "Haruno-san, I've told you to call me Gaara. We don't need to be so formal with each other." The kage told her, looking eye's. "And I came to..ask if you would like to have lunch with me.." He said quietly. He was looking past her into the room. He had made sure that the room had met her needs, giving her anything she would ever want or need.
"I know of a ramen place...not to far from here." He told her, still quiet.

"But I feel awkward calling you informally. I mean, you ARE the Kazekage. Besides, if you don't want us to be so formal with each other, then why do you not call me Sakura?" Sakura noticed Gaara's awkward position and staring at the floor, he also seemed to be a little red. Sakura seemed confused, was it something she did? Maybe it was her clothes. God damn she hated looking like a slut...
"Out to lunch...?" Sakura replied to Gaara's last comment. Noticing that her face began reddening up as well, she shook her head to bring herself back to Earth. "Are you asking me for a date...?"

Gaara nodded, looking at the girls aqua eyes. How similar in color they were to his own. But thats all that seemed to be in common between the two. His own eye's were a teal color, that showed no emotion. They were rimmed black because of all the sleepless night he had gotten because of the demon inside of him. But now that demon was gone yet he still had trouble most nights. It was rare that he could lie in a bed and sleep. When sleep did come it was at his desk. Yet he noticed now he could sleep a bit more, longer each time.
He tried the name out on his tounge, it felt strange calling the pink haired girl Sakura. "Sakura..Ok. I'll call you by your name." He said again nodding.
Gaara's face went a deep shade of red when Sakura asked such a strange question. He shook his head. "N-No..Haru- Sakura..I was mearly asking you if you would like to eat with me." He said, looking anywhere but at the girl.

"Okay, so he's taking me out to lunch but doesn't want to call it a date? He's shyer than I thought...oh well."
Sakura was slightly hesitant. She didn't want people seeing her with the Kazekage then have people spreading rumors about the poor guy.
"I-I don't know...I'm not really hungry."
But the growl that represented something of a bear in her stomach was more than a dead giveaway. Holding onto her stomach, Sakura turned pink and chuckled nervously, scratching the back of her head.
"Okay...maybe I am just a little bit hungry..."

A small smile played on the edges of Gaara's lips. He was actually enjoying himself in this girls company. More so than he would have thought. The red head pointed to her stomach. "Looks like you are hungry." He said quietly. "It'll be my treat so you don't have to worry." The kage told her, as his feet started to move forward. He hoped that the girl would follow, he desperatly wanted to get to know her better.
Personally he didn't care if people saw him with Sakura. They had been saying nasty things about him his whole life and he had proved them wrong by becomming the Kazekage. Now if people commented about Sakura or the two of them going to eat, he would need to explain to them the situation. If any rumors came up, he would squish them. He would make sure his friend Sakura wasn't hurt either.
"There is a ramen shop nearby. We can go there." He said, hint of happiness going through his voice. He was glad to have her go with him.]

Sakura felt a little awkward accepting this from Gaara. Even though she knew, him, she knew little of him. But he seemed really okay with this, so she shrugged.
"Eh, why the hell not? I don't have much money anyway..."
Sakura walked next to Gaara and followed him to the ramen shop. She did not know much about Suna, since she had just moved in. Maybe if she hung around Gaara more often, she would get to know both him and Suna.
"Nee, Gaara." Sakura looked up at Gaara, realizing he looked happy, "why do you look like your in deep ecstacy?"

Gaara nodded his head. "Yes I'm sure." He told her firmly, walking out of the hostpital and onto the sandy streets of Suna. It was a hot day out, but not the worst. He had lived in times where it was so hot one step outside could fry your brain. Not literally of course but it felt that way.
He wondered if the girl would like to take a tour around the city. He knew that she was busy with the school and all, and probably hadn't had alot of time outside, getting to know the city.
A small blush crossed his cheeks as she asked the question. "..I'm happy cause I get to take you out to lunch. You're my friend after all.." Gaara said quietly. They were at the ramen shop and he preceded to enter the small shop. "Get whatever you like.." he said, sitting down at the bar.

Sakura was about to bow, but she remembered that Gaara didn't want them to be so formal together, so she paused.
Damn, she wanted to literally glomp Gaara right now. Gaara used to be a loner, a somebody who killed people for his own entertainment. But now he was taking her to lunch, telling her how happy he was with her. And the blush on his cheeks didn't help either.
"ARGH! Gaara! Stop being so damn adorable!" Sakura's inner self screamed out.
"I would like a bowl of miso ramen, please." Sakura said to the worker, trying hard not to look at Gaara too much. ((We need a Tahiko and Shizune. I could play Mio temporarily if you want...))
