......I'm so uncreative in titles, no?
Anyways:
I'm about 5'2", 14 years old, and weigh around 140lbs. My doctor told me a few months ago to lose around 20lbs. So my goal weight is between 110 and 120.

As of 6/11/07:
140lbs
Between a size 7 and 12 depending on the brand of jeans

......Well crap. I'm up to 142 again. I'm exercising again on a ball...thing and riding my bike. I'm thinking that this is my period screwing me over.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to curve my appetite?

To curve appetites try to drink a full glass of cold water before everything you eat. It makes your stomach think that you've already eaten something and will make you less hungry. Also try to eat 5 small meals a day so you won't be tempted to eat as much because you know in a few hours you are going to eat again. Hope this helps. smile

(And by the way it is normal for a bit of weight gain at first when you begin exercising and dieting. Don't worry, it'll come off soon if you keep on track).
