coolness....ill try to add the sig stuff to mine...but i cant guaruntee it'll fit....
and tyvm to PL for letting me in...rather....for her inviting me in the first place....
for everyone just fyi....
im more geared toward meaning behind poetry...not saying fancy frills arent nice now in then but its the suject that catches my eye....figurative language is mainly my forte, for as the wind catches the leaves and raises them above the earth, so do i raise the spirits of those who wish me to critique their work....and like a rushing stream of flowing words, my mind takes control of the white rapids of thought that gush from my mind in an unending run of words and language

Alright! I've put up a thread about prose and language poetry. (Sorry for the delay, I've been out of town for a few days.)
I'm going to incorporate the inkblotters banner into my little animation, since I dont think Ill have room for it given my other stuff. Hope no one minds! sweatdrop

Just wanted to let everyone know--my presence here over the next week or so might be sporadic.
I'm currently staying in California for the summer (I live in colorado), and my cat has gotten sick. So I've had to come back home to take her to the vet (and see whether or not we have to put her to sleep). Internet connection in hotels costs extra, and the internet at my house is down for some reason. confused
So I'll get on...when I can, over the next bit here. And I'll let you know how things go with my cat.

awww, i'm sorry about your cat. sad hope she's pulling through, and for the time being, you might as well spoil her! it's so sad when animals have to end this way. crying anyway, wow, you're going through some physical transitions there! g'luck! and hope you settle down with everything soon!

That sounds bad... sad I hate when my babies (cats and one dog) get sick, since they can't tell me what hurts, like people can. One of the reasons I discontinued my dream of being a vet - I can't stand to see them hurting, for any reason. I hope your kittie does better! *sends love and good wishes* I hope it helps you to know we care, even though it's difficult to really know someone over the internet. *ahem* Anyway... redface

Thank you so much, everyone.
Well, we took her to the vet, and the vet that saw her didn't think we needed to put her down. (I was afraid we'd have to because my roommate said she was doing terrible--but it turns out she's been through all the same symptoms before; and also because she probably needs nasal surgery that I can't afford, and I'd have to take her to a big city to do it...not to mention, I'm supposed to be in CA for 4 weeks and Europe for 2, so there's no way I could do anything extra for her...) So, we'll be keeping her on more antibiotics and maybe try switching her food while Im gone. (She's have extreme sinus problems.)
What a relief to know that I can hopefully come home to her when I get back.
But, I'm leaving Colorado tomorrow and I'll be on the road for a few days, so I might not be on in that time. (I'll get on if I can, though. biggrin ) Anyway, I'll see you all when I get back!
