Recently, I got weighed in at 115 lbs. For my age, 13 years old, and my size/height, that's a lot. I'm 4'9. I just...you know, I really feel sad that I'm the fat girl. In my class, I'm just not confident anymore, but I BELIEVE I can do this. I really also would appriciate gentle encouragement every now and then, just so...you know, to keep my up to it. Thank you so much, this may be my solution.

I'm going to start today.

I'm going to post a weigh-in once every Sunday.

TUESDAY

Current Weight: 115

Today I ate:

BREAKFAST
2 FRIED sad Eggs =190
One Piece of Toast with Cream Cheese =158

LUNCH
BLT w/ Mayo = 242
1/2 a Liter of Coke (shared) = 13
One bite (seriously, it sucked. Gave away to boys.) of Cinnamon Bun = Like, 3.

SNACK
Small Cup of Cream of Spinach Soup = 224
One Slice of Sourdough Hard Bread = 175

DINNER
One leg of small Roast Chicken = 67
Ear of Corn = 83
2 Scoops Mashed Potatoes = 237
One ladel of Cucumber Salad = 148
2 Scoops Golden Beets= 39

Calories: 1,579

COMMENTS: Oh my god! That is sooooo much. Any help?
