Hii. I'm Star and...I reallyreallyreallyreally need to get rid of this extra weight. In this thread, you'll find:

Why? --- Recently, I got weighed in at 115 lbs. For my age, 13 years old, and my size/height, that's a lot. I'm 4'9. I just...you know, I really feel sad that I'm the fat girl. In my class, I'm just not confident anymore, but I BELIEVE I can do this. I really also would appriciate gentle encouragement every now and then, just so...you know, to keep my up to it. Thank you so much, this may be my solution.

Weight Journal; Day One: 6/19/07
6/19/07 --- I'm going to start today.
I'm going to post a weigh-in once every Sunday.
TUESDAY
Current Weight: 115
Today I ate:
BREAKFAST 2 FRIED sad Eggs =190 One Piece of Toast with Cream Cheese =158
LUNCH BLT w/ Mayo = 242 1/2 a Liter of Coke (shared) = 13 One bite (seriously, it sucked. Gave away to boys.) of Cinnamon Bun = Like, 3.
SNACK Small Cup of Cream of Spinach Soup = 224 One Slice of Sourdough Hard Bread = 175
DINNER One leg of small Roast Chicken = 67 Ear of Corn = 83 2 Scoops Mashed Potatoes = 237 One ladel of Cucumber Salad = 148 2 Scoops Golden Beets= 39
Calories: 1,579
COMMENTS: Oh my god! That is sooooo much. Any help?
