[[please excuse my horrible spelling. i know its bad but i read over and hopeully you can understand :]] well recently i have been worrying about the size of my stomic. Its not to big but its not small enough for the size i want it to be. [i hope that made since]
so what are the things i can do to help my ab's or my stomic
other then just crunches. I own no equipment because my parents house is to small for much of anything, vegas is to hot for anything outside&&i own no weights becuase i can't pay for them.
second my arms. My toothpick arms. I can barely move anything with them.&& like i said i have no weights to use so is there anything that can take the weights place. Like carrying arounds boxes? Like i said before in the summer its to hot to do much of anything outside because its 110d.
[PS I OWN NO sWIMMING POOL! so i can't swim to much maybe once or twice every two weeks.]
third my eating habits&&exercise. know i do get HALF my daily exercise in but not all. it is hard for me because like i said its flippin hot outside. I want to do things inside so i can still get my "hour a day of play". but i could dance but that dosent work out well for me speaking my town house my jumping would most likey go though to down stairs. then my eating habits. i hate veggies with a pasion i dont like any of them any. I love fruit but i do not get in my daily amount. Same with meat. I dont really like most of it because i think it's overall disgusting but i eat chiken&pork&beef. I also do not like fish. so 2 of my food groups are gone. any way i can improve my eating with that information gone?

Well, as far as the stomach goes, you're gonna want to burn off the fat. It doesn't matter how many sit-ups, crunches, etc. you do (though, you still want to do them to), because that will not burn the fat.
So, you're going to want to concentrate on cardio exercises. The best thing to get rid of it would probably be jogging, but since you don't want to be outside, I'd suggest jump rope. If you don't have the room for the rope, just do the movements without the rope. You'll still get a helluva full body workout. You can also try Step Aerobics. Just go out and look for a DVD. Hell, I bet they even got some on Youtube.
As for the arms, try push-ups or anything you can find in your home that you can lift in a number of different ways.
Hope this helped...

Doc's given you some good suggestions there. I myself am a firm believer in aerobics and cardio exercises being part of any persons workout routine. The only concern to have with jumping rope indoors is if you've got the space to accommodate the activity, and if you're sharing space sometimes those folks will mind. If the heat is a problem with jogging, run an hour after sundown, or before sunrise, when the temperatures outside are lower, but there's enough ambient light to see where everything is.
Whether you're running, jogging, or jumping rope, you shouldn't really need to do more than 15-20 minutes stints. Now the following won't reduce body fat, but is suggested to help you build up some muscle tone to make the results of the rope jumping more visually appealing. You can do sit ups, and crunches to develop the abdominal muscles, when you loose the weight you're seeking to shed it'll help make the tummy look good in the mirror. Do some bent knee push ups for yourself, for some muscle tone there. Again, it won't reduce the body fat on the arms, but it'll make the arms look better when you do loose that arm flab. I also know there are a lot of gals who aren't big fans of their bottom, so doing some squat thrusts can be particularly helpful on that end. And if I didn't mention it, the running/jogging will also help tone the legs.
All in all, you're jumping rope, jogging, should be about 15-20 minutes. The push ups, crunches, sit ups, and squats aren't something you'd time, but rather have a number of them you'd want to accomplish. If this all sounds doable, try and make it a habit, something you can do while dealing with other things so you don't gain back the lost weight. That all said, just so I don't feel bad in you injure yourself, it's always wise to consult with a physician before engaging in any physical activity, and consulting with a dietitian on any major changes to your eating habits. Rock the kasbah, and encourage other girls to exercise too.

I am sure you can find an empty jug and then you can fill it with sand or dirt to use it at a weight. -nods- It is good cause then you can varie the weight you want.
Or you can use different sizes of cans (like soup cans)
