the young neko sat in a tree and looked around the forest. she saw lots of animals but no other beings she could talk to. she sighed and closed her eyes, leaning against the tree trunk. a song bird fluttered to a nearby branch and began its song.

Shyia, a young elemental neko child walked about in the forest. She was quiet bored and acctually wanted to say hi to somebody.

miya looked around the forest and saw another girl. she practically fell out of the tree she was in from being so happy. well actually she did fall because her bouncing caused the tree branch to break. the fall caused the song bird to fly away and miya stood up rubbing her aching behind.
" won't do that again." she muttered.

miya looked around and realized she had lost sight of the girl. she sat down on the ground and crossed her arms. she sighed and laid down. she opened her eyes and saw two yellow eyes looking at her. she jumped up and climbed the nearest tree to escape the snarling wolf.
" this just isn't my day." she muttered to herself.

Shyia heard some noises to her left. She decided to go see what was going on. There she saw a wolf and a girl up in a tree. Shyia started at the wolf.

nina watched as the girl started at the wold that trapped her sister in the tree.

after they ran the wolf off miya walked toward her sister.
"man. this day is just horrible. i knew it would be bad because of the dark aura around here lately." she said to nina.

"let us go to the river. i think it tis time for us to catch dinner. and then rest." miya said. she and nina turned to the west and walked along a barley trodden trail. they soon came to a river near a large oak tree. their home had been built under the large roots.
"home again." miya sighed. then grabbing her fishing gear went to the river and sat down to wait.

miya caught a couple large fish. she handed them to nina who cleaned and cooked them. after they had eaten miya curled on a large root and stared up at the stars.
"this forest is so empty."she said.

"well im going treasure hunting sis. ill be back as soon as i can." miya said.
she grabbed her weapons and jumped into the dark forest.
soon after she stood sweating and catching her breathe. monsters lay dead at her feet and she quickly searched them for valuables.
