Er, I guess whatever you believe. I had an experience where it sorta worked. But memory is sorta fuzzy since my cousins tried it on me when that stupid Craft movie came out.

Gren Maju De Eiza try throwing yourself at the ground and missing! lol... (yay 42!) I tried that on my friend's trampoline. Didn't work. Just got rug burns on my elbows...

When I was little, like, seven, me and my friends did it at my birthday party.
There was six if us but it worked.
I didn't like, float, but they lifted me up with two fingers each.
