Personally, i think Luffy is smarter than he lets on and that he knew all along, but pretended not to in order to make Ussop feel better.
Chopper's just gullible, but he did see Ussop with Kabuto....But Ussop could just say "Sogeking gave it to me for being so awesome!"
Chopper: "Wow! Your amazing Ussop!!!!" *Sparkly eyes*

Luffy doesn't seem the type to recognize Sogeking and pretend he didn't...first off all, he seems too gullible to recognize Usopp in the first place. Then, even if he did, I doubt he'd be subtle enough to continue to pretend he didn't recognize him.

well yeah! he's got a mask and a cape, the two important necessities of a superhero!
sogeking actually never really leaves but remains as a seperate personality in Ussop which appears when Ussop has a absolute need to be brave

My personal thoughts are that Luffy does know. There's many layers to Luffy's brain, and I think that he just let Usopp do the whole Sogeking thing throughout Enies Lobby so he could help get Robin back. Sogeking was Usopp's way, so Luffy accepted that. I don't think Luffy's stupid, he just tends to forget about a lot of things, and, as I said before, has many thinking layers.

I'm gonna have to agree with korikitsune0.
I think Luffy's smarter than we give him credit for, and I think he knows, and he's just been playing with us.
PLUS! At the end of the CP9 Ark sogeking/Usopp takes off the mask to yell at Luffy and tell him to never give up. If Luffy didn't see it then, then he is really stupid lol.
So I'ma say Luffy will Chopper won't.

There are no layers to Luffy's brain. If something pisses him off he beats it up and if his belly is empty he fills it with meat...that’s pretty much it. He doesn’t forget anything; he just doesn’t pay attention to anything that doesn’t interest him. The question of who Sogeking is would never enter his tiny little mind. He's not stupid, he's just a child.
