So, during the Great War, when the Titans were being brought down by the Gods, it shows a lot of the Gods themselves.
As Atlas was being brought down, we saw a God with tribal tattoos using electricity to bring Atlas to his knees as Hades hooks his soul.
Who was this God, I'm curious. I didn't see him in the final scene at Olympus with the Gods there. "Fight Spartan, you are not meant to die here, this is not the end"

"Fight Spartan, you are not meant to die here, this is not the end" also i KNOW that real mythology was botched like hell by GOW but when you see it as awesome as they made it you cant really complain now can you?

Really what happened was god of war used mythology charecters and made their own plot. But whatever. Also i;m pretty sure it was posiden. Lightning. What does posiden give you in gow1? See where i'm coming from?

It is Poseidon. There was Zeus, creating the Blade of Olympus, Hades... like stealing their souls, I think, and Poseidon's just helping.

Ares was bein' a WUSSAH! did we see him out there breakin a sweat? Nope. He was probably hiding somwhere... oh wait... In Greek Mythology Ares wasnt born yet... Nevermind. But HERA AND ATHENA no exuse for them to be absent!

Yeah, I guess that was a young Poseidon, he had black hair, and in the game, I know they didn't show much color, but he seemed to have more of a gray colored hair.

Dark_Tepes I don't think it was their souls it was probably their mana which gave them their strength so I'm just guessing that Hades was stealing the mana to give the gods more strength and power to defeat the titans. Yes, because we all know that in the GoW universe, mana comes in the form of transparent bodies of people, not blue orbs.

Caus ya know you get red orbs for killing peope... then why do they come out of barrels and boxes? Do barrels bleed?

Well those orbs are only used for all of your mana, but the gods were taking the titans mana and power which was in their form. Cause I think that the mana gave them the ability to be the same size as them.
