Ok, so I'm 16 and I'll be a junior in high school this upcoming year. I am 5'7" and right now I weigh around 122 (but I think my scale's messed up). So I try and do about an hour of DDR a day for exercise, but lately I haven't been keeping up with that....I'm so lazy =_= Stats:Height: 5'7" Highest weight: 150lbs Lowest:117 Current: 122-ish Goal: 110 if possible Measurements- in inches Waist- 29 Hips- 38 Stomach- 31 Thigh- 21 Wrist- 5

Breakfast: 2 packs of oatmeal (350 calories or so) around 8:30 am Lunch: 1 pack of apple slices (100 cals0, 1 iced coffee (180 cals) 1 whole apple (80 cals) Dinner: Pasta (maybe 400 cals?) Oatmeal: (160 cals) *EDIT* Everything I had for dinner I purged <_< arrgh. Snack thing: pasta (300 cals max) Ice cream (120 cals) soda (150 c)
Not including dinner or the whole apple, I had exactly 1200 cals. And I didn't even eat as much as usual today. No wonder I've gained weight. >.<

Brunch: 1 piece of buttered toast (100c) 1 serving of Teriyaki noodles w/veggies (apprx 300c?) 1 cup of coffee (0c) 1 can of Starbucks coffee (x2shot) (140c)
Dinner: 1 plain veggie burger (160c) 1 apple (80c)
Also: Random sips of grapefruit juice throughout the day (150c)
=D Much better than yesterday! And yay I didn't give into that burrito...*shudders* sweatdrop
Too much sugar and junk today, though. That's gonna bug me. At least I'm a little closer to being vegan...
*edit-9:00pm* I just had a bunch of plain popcorn XD I'm hoping that was okay, since plain popcorn is VERY low cal. ^^;;

Yay for first official day of veganness!! ^__^
Breakfast 1 cup black coffee honey-cocoa-cinnamon concotion (apprx100c) 10:00 McDonald's run: 1 pack of Apple Dippers (100c) 1 Medium black coffee 1 banana(100c)
*edit 12:00* Arrgh, I don't feel too good. Veganism+caffeine addiction= >_< And I have to run around all over town (and the mall) for a bunch of errands...I feel so weak right now. What a pansy I am.
Lunch 1 plain veggie burger (160c) A small amount of Rice Dream (maybe 70c?)
*edit* Jesus, I'm already up to 500c and I've barely eaten anything today, AND it's only noon. Life sucks. At least I'll be doing my errands really soon, which should burn quite a few more calories. Maybe I can get a diet energy drink while I'm out if I need it, and I'll probably bring an apple with me so I don't binge on Cinnabons >.<
Dinner 1 apple (80) 1 banana (100) some plain, salted popcorn (70c??) Bowl of corn w/ ground pepper (150c)
Total thus far: 850c Exercise: Walking around the mall and running errands for four hours: -400c?
Total, including exercise: 550c
Lost two pounds! Now I'm 122.8! XP
Goals for tomorrow: Drink vitamin water with oatmeal for breakfast Eat more vegetables (note to self: CORN!) Drink less coffee, and more water

Rose tints my world......Wow, you lost a lot of weight already! 3nodding I went vegetarian for a couple of months. I liked the vegie hotdogs, but I couldn't stand the boca burgers, they tasted funny, also, you should try the veggie bacon, its pretty good. ...... keeps me safe from my trouble and pain.

I think today might be a bit of a cheat day. ((at least it's the second day of veganism!))
Breakfast: Like four packs of oatmeal XD (maybe 600c?) Jolt (300c) 1 banana(100c)
Lunch: Few packs of oatmeal (400c?) one or two bananas (200) Umm, more packs of oatmeal maybe? (200cmax)
"Dinner" Dear god this is embarassing, but I guess this is what this journal is for.
350 mini teddy grahms orange juice *purged*
goals for tomorrow Drink water with oatmeal More vegetables (corn!) More water in general Don't eat past 8pm One cup of coffee in the morning, max

I haven't been posting here lately cause I've been waaay off my diet, and I've felt like too much of a fatty to post here, especially since I haven't even been purging lately...it's so pathetic. I feel huge and gross and ashamed and dirty and sick...So I guess I'll restart my diet tomorrow and see how it goes.

It'll be okay as long as you teach yourself to not give up after you slip off the plan for a while. The bounce back should become a lifestyle because we are all human and all make mistakes. Just recover and start again. smile And you should post your bad days too because it's still what you're consuming. wink
