Let's see...I'm a 21 year old who has been overweight her entire life. It's getting to the point where it's starting to scare me for health reasons, so I'm really going to buckle down this time. I know I won't just be changing my weight but a lot of things about myself and my life, so things will probably go slow. But, that's okay!
