So, we all know that most of us are hardcore Sim fans, correct?
We know every secret, almost every download website, and basically everything we need to know.
But, has there ever been a time where you found out something you didn't know before?
I have, yesterday.
I found out that ((In the Sims 2)) you could put barstools in front of a bar, instead of putting them in front of bar-counters.
I felt really stupid when I found that out. sweatdrop
So discuss:
Stuff you've recently found out about The Sims/Sims 2/Sims 3.

Reall?! Wow, I just learned something today too. In nightlife, you can make your driveways go as long as you can. I didn't know that, i thought that you could only make it one more link ahead. But you can keep going...it's pretty cool.

I have found out that for some reason, all my sims MUST make their beds. If it is unmade and they want to go make them, I cannot canel their action until they have completed the process. >.< I think it is a bug

Dizzy_G I have found out that for some reason, all my sims MUST make their beds. If it is unmade and they want to go make them, I cannot canel their action until they have completed the process. >.< I think it is a bug Maybe they have really neat personalities? I never knew that thing with the barstools either!!! surprised But I knew the driveway thing, because one of the default Maxis houses on Nightlife had a driveway like that 3nodding I hardly ever discover new stuff but it's exciting when I do, and I can't believe I missed it before!!!

If it is unmade and they want to go make them, I cannot canel their action until they have completed the process. >.< I think it is a bug Mine do that, too. I found a way to get around it, though. Here's how: When you make your sims "Wake Up" from bed, quickly cancel the "sleep" action that appears in the top left-hand corner of the screen. They won't make the bed if you do that.

If a Sim chats to a friend online then after a few minutes they get the option to invite them over.

Menaceman If a Sim chats to a friend online then after a few minutes they get the option to invite them over.
I don't know if this is a bug or something, but I didn't know that during the winter Sims get cold if they sleep upstairs in anything but pajamas. I almost had the Social Worker breathing down my neck because of that.

The child should, I think, have a negative relationship with the toddler to make this work.
Like I loved you yesterday. I don't think so, because in my game, so long as the child doesn't have a major-good relationship (which is really improbably with toddlers) they can still tease them
