Well, in our day and age, there are many women getting abortions. Either the woman will get pregnant, realize she doesn't want a child, and kill it, or a woman gets raped and doesn't want the child beacuse of the fact she got raped. I believe that women who get pregnant willingly should go through with the birth, and not get an abortion. I feel that women are only doing this so they can continually have sex, because I guess they feel that condoms aren't going to work. Now, I do believe that you should be able to get abortions, but for the right reasons, such as rape.
What do you guys think about abortion?

Hm...
I have to say, even if someone gets raped, I don't think it's fair the child pay for someone else's wrong-doing. I mean, it's sort of like getting the electric chair even if you did absolutely nothing wrong and everyone knows it.
I'm personally against abortion. I understand there are some cases, like if the woman might die in giving birth because of a medical condition and she was raped and got pregant, that it might be considered. But even then, I'm iffy about it.
When it comes to women who willingly had sex and just don't want the baby, I think that should be *required* to give birth to the child. Adoption is always an option.

Yeah, I remember getting mad at one of my friends for wanting an abortion after she willingly got pregnant. Her exact quote "It's too much of a burden. I shouldn't have decided to get pregnant."
In the end, I convinced her to put it up for adoption. She told me afterwards I"m glad I made that decision. It felt so much better then killing a child."
Also, one of my best friends got raped, and she ended up keeping the child. She's happily married and the new father is raising the baby like she came from him.
Maybe abortion decisions depend on the parent.

Maybe abortion decisions depend on the parent. That probly plays a big role in the abortions taking place in the present times.

This Topic Is So Hard To Come To A Decision On, It Really Is. I Think There Are Options Out There That Are Better Than Abortion. In My Eyes, You Are Killing A Child, It Is Not The Babies Fault For What Two People Willingly Did [In Some Cases Unwillingly]. Imagine, We Could Be Killing The Children Who Will Make The Cure For Cancer, Or Figure Out Solutions To World Peace. Who Knows Right. Plus The Democratic Oath A Doctor Takes Supposedly States That He Will Not Willingly Kill A Patient. Yet They Do It Every Time They Perform An Abortion.

The mother or child will not live.
That is all I have to say about this topic because it gets rough and I've shed tears from it.
