Well, I was out of town for a couple days so I haven't seen this particular thread.
I've known they were working on it for the last few years. Interplay went bankrupt and sold the license. I haven't see many screenshots yet, but the opening trailer looks pretty cool.
I've been waiting for the sequel forever crying The first two games were awesome. I'm hoping they take up the Fallout Tactics approach and let you control more than on character at a time, and let it be Real Time or Turn Based combat.
They better keep the Skill and Perk systems. Not to mention consistency of the storyline. If they don't I'm goin to have to grab a gattling gun and go civil war on their sorry asses.

But yeah, I've been pretty excited as they get more images up. There's some shots on that link you gave I haven't seen before which look pretty nice.
Hopefully they finish it soon. I'm getting impatient.

Magic: the Gathering hasn't disappointed me since Kamigawa Block.
I think it was Final Fantasy XI. Damn I'm glad I didn't buy that poor excuse of a MMORPG

I lurve MMO's myself. I'm currently playing through Guild Wars: Factions (yes I know it isn't actually an MMO per se) and apart from the bone-crushingly excrutiating lag I'm loving it.
