Well it's about the World after it ends. Don't worry, the planet was just destroyed, nothing major. Before its destruction, Aliens prepared the Humans for said event, and once the end happened, they simply rebuilt the planet. It took a long time though, and the planet-saving event that happened then was soon forgotten and ripped away from memory thanks to the chainsaws of time(hopefully not speaking from a literal standpoint). About 5000 years into the Future, humankind is at its peak in available technology. It isn't that great, because it's just like current times. One day, an Archeologist discovers an extremely ancient tomb that was left behind by the Aliens, and with his crew, they went inside. One of the men had a camera, and was recording the whole thing, until the crew walked into a trap. Almost everyone but the cameraman died, so he went to the police as soon as possible. Thinking him as a murderer, they take him into custoday and send him to a psychiatric ward; they sent the Camera with the footage to the Government. Soon after, the government makes a militant archeological branch to discover what lingers in the tomb. Head of the Archeological team is Tony Silverwing, a gruff old war hero with experience in almost every other profession, so in other words, a jack-of-all-trades. Going deep into the tomb with a careful attitude, he discovers some sort of Gauntlet. He picks it up and it crumbles to dust, but the dust falls onto his wrist and attaches itself to his arm, and reassmbles to become a Gauntlet again. A strange sensation filling his body, he falls unconscious. He wakes up in a laboratory with Scientists peering out of a couple-feet thick glass window. They tell him they don't know what's going on in his body, but they're afraid that it might be a Virus worse than any other disease out there. Upon hearing the news, Tony immediately goes into a deep depression; His son and only relative just went to college, and he promised he'd be there to help him along the way, and now he was going to let his son down and possibly ruin his future and the future of the Silverwing name. His muscles depressed, and since he was already at an old age, and also had a weak heart, he was more fragile than a human at its prime. He had a heart attack soon after while being observed by the scientists. His dead body stretched out on the floor, the scientists say some words and prepare the facility for clean-up. A few seconds after they shut off the lights in the lab, the lights turn back on and start flickering. The glass starts to crack, and electricity starts running around the room. The electricity starts going into Tony's body and raise him to his feet. The scientists, fearing something paranormal, get the security guard. Tony's left arm rose up into the air; he was still wearing the Gauntlet, although he still seemed dead. The gauntlet then stretches over his body like a living being and covers him up. The security guard busts into the room and whips out his gun, unloading a few rounds into the black void. The would-be-Tony was still shaking until a red and black power-suit covered his entire body. His eyes opened, and immediately became aware of the situation. Unknowingly, the suit had an automatic defense function, so once the guard unleashed the last of his clip, Tony dashed towards him and *inster gruesome violent act here.*
That's basically the opening act for the comic, but the stories I'm going to write might span about 4 novels. -_-
